It is. Sand Rush + 88 Speed lets it rape through most Pokemon with QuakeSlide coverage (and yes, I'm aware a neutral Rock Slide does as much as a resisted Earthquake).

Victini was revealed to keep its Japanese name recently.

Excadrill is one of my favorite names. So you don't believe in the huge list of English names unless they're confirmed otherwise?

Agreed. What do you think about Shell Smash? I'm glad they made it because it's a combination of Swords Dance, Nasty Plot and Agility, but with Close Combat's side effect.

Acupressure is also based on luck, so do you think it should be banned as well?

I lost a battle once because a Smeargle with it picked up some evasion boosts. You know that it's banned now, right?

I don't think GF would put that particular Pokemon in the game.
