I understand your impatience but you must understand that it's more than simply putting Viktors sprite over Jigglypuff xD I actually did the Champion sprites almost 2 years ago. And Viktor shares an index number with Jynx, not Jigglypuff.
I promise you the game is finsished I'm just adding some improvements and that's what I have been doing for the past few months now. It is very difficult for me to find time to work on my hack due to a busy university schedule. Any free time I do have I don't usually want to spend rom hacking since it is a mentally draining process.
I have managed to make bug fixes I could only dream of before and I have added lot's of cool stuff for you guys to enjoy. I want to make sure the end product is as perfect as possible for your maximal enjoyment.
I know you're excited for this and I'm glad you're interested in my hack, I'm also really excited to release this but unfortunately it will take a bit longer than anticipated. This isn't a full time job for me so other things in life take precedence.
