Hey, I fixed my PokeFlute problem quite a while ago and hope this bug is fixed. As for Dratini, I fixed it today, in fact I forgot about it and you reminded me about it :) It's already uploaded to mediafire. I never say what I fixed in the updates, because usually they are small fixes, e.g. removing the tree from the map.
