I asked if you could provide any examples in which someone being transgender or non-binary could affect a court proceeding. Despite your apparent concern for how huge an affect this could have on the system, you have still been unable to give a single realistic example.

I don't know what your VM has to do with the subject. I don't understand what you're trying to prove - that VM is unrelated to anything being discussed. I never said expert witnesses maintain constant contact with the defense attorney, so I am honestly wondering if you are truly reading my posts.

Regardless, this has nothing to do with the legitimacy of non-binary gender identities. How someone's identity would affect a court proceeding does not affect the legitimacy of the subject. You have yet to make a case otherwise, and I am getting tired of repeating myself.

I have my own idea of an ideal society. There IS an objectively good system; we just need to find it. And we can do so by tearing down what is negatively impacting us and trying to progress and not regress. In my opinion, the transition from monarchy to democracy was humanities biggest regressions.

I dont think monarchy is the best system. Its inherently flawed, and many of the negative things about it are just negative things about government in general. I just absolutely despise democracy as a governmental system.

Monarchism is extremely interesting. Its very misunderstood. Have you read Hans-Hermann Hoppe? He has some good stuff on monarchy, mostly as an attack on democracy because he isn't a monarchist.

No one is saying Brown was an angel, or that all cops are evil. No one said that. But to call it self defense? Self defense is one thing, shooting somebody 6 times whilst discharging a further six shots into a busy street where they could of easily hit bystanders is a complete act of gross misconduct by an officer of the law. Witnesses gave varied stories, no cctv was provided. Firing 12 shots isnt the action of a measured man, rather it seems like a aggressive and reckless response to a situation the cop was clearly incapable of handling. You detain an unarmed suspect, you don't shoot them. It isn't rocket science.
