I do have some quick replies for your questions/comments:

Comment: Capture to PSS redirection.
My reply: Try it out, I haven't ever tested it so I'm not sure it'll work out. I took a look at it myself, and imo, I do it quite poorly. I will update that routine later on when I have time, so keep your eyes peeled for that (and probably not use the current redirection routine, because it's probably buggy :P).

1) Give Pokemon directly into the PSS.
To achieve that you should first look at http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?p=8517896#8517896
So basically to give a Pokemon to the PSS, just do a partyswap and then use give Pokemon normally. After the Pokemon has been received (before the script ends) call partyswap again. That would be an effective "stealth" Addpokemon to PSS. :P

2) Is there a way to push Pokémon from the PSS into PC storage space?
There isn't a way you can do it with scripting unfortunately. However, doing it with ASM is very easy. I can write you a routine for that later.
