Ahhh.. that project has long since died. It was conceived back in 2008 when animated gifs were just starting to come to Bulbapedia, but it never moved beyond the 9 moves that I actually managed. You'd be better off downloading the ones Bulba has currently - they're in a much higher quality APNG format.
