I was going to make a thread about my game but I don't know what happened. I'll paste what I wrote about it at Facebook.

"Well. I recently tried out the game I was making a couple of years ago and I don't know what I did or what happened with the scripts but now, the game is unplayable. It LAGS A WHOLE LOT, even more than the new Essentials and some scripts are buggy.

I'm gonna be a lazy guy and restart the game from one of the newest version of essentials; however,I still feel proud of the scripts I made myself.

I'll continue with the development slowly, since I'm making a very huge project and it's more important to me right now.

I've played every ROM hack on here, excluding Naranja, which my friend is making a translation patch for. I've decided to start on my own hack, Pokemon: Dead City Chronicles. Do you have any advice for a beginner like me?

Just as well! Was the annoyance part of the reason you retired-chuu? I don't know wether its because I've been here in what may be in some peoples' opinion too long-nyah, or people spend less time constructing ROM's, but I've played every hack I can find. What's your reason for still lingering here, if I may be so old as to ask, nyah~

RPG Maker VX Ace is the newest in the RPG Maker series, and it's a massive improvement on VX.
Basically, it uses a newer version of ruby, so from that we get RGSS3.
Tilesets return to almost RMXP Style, without the set layers, and there's just a whole lot more cool stuff.
It's the best so far!

I'm looking at the website for your iPhone game, and I have to say it looks extremely interesting. I'll definitely try it once I get my phone fixed.

Hmm, I have the qualifications and so on. I just have to wonder if they'd think me weird for having a pokemon game etc. But the quality in the game hopefully won't be ignored... I am gonna make a portfolio of sorts anyway
