the only way to change it to sky forme is with the gracedia flower duriing the day.
you get that flower by having your shaymin walk behind you and go into the goldenrod flower shop.

Well I play on an R4, and the only hax I do is the cloning, which is available in the r4, specifically in usrcheat.dat file. XD
