I like playing ROM hacks more than making one.It's just curiousity that made me think how the hacking tools and emulators read and edit them.

Hmm.Almost 10000 pages,characters uncountable,and we can't explore around in it without doing it in draft mode.I wonder how those ROM hacking tools edit them.
