    here's our thread on CSS: https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=200899, that's how people usually style their posts or they use the basic tools the editor gives them.
    as for images, most people just find sprites from a place like serebii and then using the image button they link them. the hardest part is probably css though.
