  • No. Ice Fang >>>>>>>> other elemental fangs. STAB neutral EQ still out damages a 2x super effective Thunder Fang: Earthquake: 100 x 1.5 = 150. Supereffective Thunder Fang: 65 x 2 = 130.

Ice Fang is there to let Gliscor deal with Dragon/Flying Pokemon, as well as Grass Pokemon.
That's up to you. Yes, Spikes and Stealth Rock can stack, though only 1 layer of Stealth Rock can be up at a time, while Spikes has a maximum of 3 layers.
Ferrothorn is the go-to bulky Water counter here:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Leech Seed/Thunder Wave
    -Power Whip/Gyro Ball
    -Stealth Rock/Gyro Ball/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/76 Def/180 SDef or 252 HP/200 Def/56 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Iron Barbs
Only use non-Mega Scizor sets, since your Mega slot is taken up by Kangaskhan.

Ice/Ground have good coverage and Bronzong still walls Mamoswine regardless of whether you use Icicle Crash or Stone Edge.
Note you can Mega Evolve once per battle. Having multiple Mega Stones on your team is pointless for that reason.

    Kangaskhan:
    -Return/Double-Edge
    -Power-up Punch
    -Sucker Punch
    -Earthquake
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Kangaskhanite
    Ability: Scrappy

Scizor can go without its Mega Stone since both its regular form and Mega form can have Technician:
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Brick Break
    -Pursuit/Quick Attack
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -X-Scissor
    -Brick Break
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch/Iron Head
    -Brick Break
    -Pursuit
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Pursuit
    -Roost/Brick Break
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 Atk/112 Atk/148 SDef
    Item: Life Orb/Assault Vest
    Ability: Technician

Having Absol on a team with a bunch of Fighting weaknesses isn't good. Gyarados is a better fit in this case:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Stone Edge/Earthquake
    -Substitute/Taunt
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 88 HP/248 Atk/4 Def/168 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

Gliscor's best ability to use at the moment is Poison Heal. Flying Gem isn't available for SD + Acrobatics, sadly:
    -Earthquake
    -Toxic
    -Protect
    -Substitute/Taunt
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 244 HP/252 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Taunt
    -U-turn
    -Protect/Toxic/Ice Fang
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 244 HP/40 Def/224 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    or
    -Substitute
    -Baton Pass
    -Earthquake
    -Taunt/Swords Dance/Agility/Rock Polish
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 244 HP/40 Def/224 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

Mamoswine doesn't have a Mega Evolution. Thick Fat is still the preferred ability, though Oblivious is useful if you want to guarantee Stealth Rock (it's an Egg move in case you didn't notice):
    -Earthquake
    -Icicle Crash
    -Ice Shard
    -Return/Stone Edge/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Life Orb
    Ability: Thick Fat

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Ice Shard
    -Earthquake
    -Icicle Crash/Stone Edge
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
    Ability: Oblivious
Haha, yeah, I'd forgotten about it as I had other offers on the go. ;) Glad you found it, but feel free to ask me directly if you need something else. Most of the things breedable could be turning into freebies soon as I'm almost done (there are only a few Pokémon I still need, and I can evolve and breed from there).
Ah, so it's a Nature thing.

I can try breeding a batch of 'em. Who knows, maybe I'll find a nature you're seeking. :)
Where are you in White 2? You can catch a Mienfoo at Dragonspiral Tower (though only in the Winter, so next month), or at Route 14 (as soon as you can access Undella Town, you can access Route 14). It's also on Routes 22 and 23 if you have a hard time finding it in the earlier locations.
