    Absolute pleasure to talk to you about abilities. Hido and I have been doing a lot of them recently,
    mainly for my Emerald rombase, but as well as fixing up the ones that didn't work in the FR one (or weren't there in the first place).

    OOhhh yeah, I see sometimes that has happened to me. Just don't branch to the level check and duplicate it in your script. It's an extra 0x20 bytes max so I don't really care. So after all your checks just do this:

    add r0, r6, r7
    lsl r0, r0, #0x3
    add r0, r2, r0
    add r3, r0, r3
    ldrb r2, [r3, #0x2]

    Now r2 contains the level, just use the greater or equal command to jump to the final evolution. It should work now

    levelcheckloc: .word 0x08043017 this is the jump you made in the pancham, so it would do the level check externally.
    evolveloc: .word 0x0804310D will jump straight to the evolution. Make sense?

    Also if you want a challenge, have a crack at Pangoo. Here's a hint: The type is stored in the pokemon stat table.

    I also need alternative evo's for mamarla and syvleon. Or even alternatives to traded mons... Or mega's

    Thanks I'll add it in. This code:

    push {r0-r7}
    add r0, r6, r7
    lsl r0, r0, #0x3
    add r0, r2, r0
    add r3, r0, r3
    ldrb r2, [r3, #0x2]
    mov r0, r8

    this whole section loads the argument of the evolution (level, item) that you select in G3HS. So for day time checks, weather checks or any check similar doesn't need that routine. You also might then say where is the level check in the routine you posted?

    It is in the branch to levelcheckloc. In GBA go tools->dissasemble, check thumb and navigate to 08043016. It does that check right at that moment. Make sense?

    Hey KDS,

    I found a much simpler way to do the routine, because the game already has the level check routine, all we need to do is check the time and branch to it, see the OP for details.
