I don't really know what you're asking here bud, you mean where to post your art? Then yes, pc has everything really, if you have a camera/webcam take a picture of your drawing and post it in Pokemon General or the Art galley (if there is one) I guess.

I haven't played many fan games, but Pokemon Saiph was in the spotlight recently, so you can check it out. It's here on Pokecommunity and even on Relicastle.

If you can draw well, that's good! You can start your own thread in the Art Studio. As I am not a moderator, the help I can provide is limited.
