Well it's about this guy names Yuuri, who, uhm, accidentally get's flushed down the toilet into another world... xD I know, it's weird. But in that world it turns out he's a king, and he slapped this guy which accidentally turned him into his fiance, and yadee da. Wow. I'm the worst at explaining. It's not a romance anime, more adventure/comedy I would say. :3 Search it up, you'll find out more than I just told you. :P
