On the Donny point: I balance the levels pretty well, but Donny at the same level is still a lot stronger :P

I bred Quiet because I'll be using it on a TR team. It's already pretty slow, so Quiet really doesn't matter too much. But if you want it to outspeed a few things outside of TR, then maybe go with modest. Or Sassy / Calm if you're using Mirror Coat.
