Yep, and it is still Attract in Gen VI. But moves like Giga Drain, Focus Punch, Dragon Pulse gets replaced for no good reason. The addition of Move Tutors don't solve problems, imo.

How's your decision with Jynx and Froslass?

One has to wonder what are the standard for TM list and why do some TMs just come and go, while some gets replaced permanently. Generation I had no TMs for Bug- or Ghost-type moves, Generation II had none for Flying, and Generation III had none for Bug.

(Also, I winded up getting walkthrough help on Pokémon Bronze over on their Facebook page. Just finished the E4 and was going back to finish exploring Kanto completely.)
