Not much... I have a lot on my plate. I haven't been able to do much, have lost a bunch of files, and am currently occupied by Nanowrimo and homework. I'll try and squeeze in a little time to do spriting, but it will take some time, although once November is over I should be quicker.

Just paste the new sprite over the top of the old sprite, then save that file. You'll need to make it transparent after that, so I suggest a background which is a colour not found on the sprite.

can i ask a quick question? do you know how to change the main character sprite so that i can use any kind of sprite as my main character?

Ah, nevermind, Birdybot. It seems I've got myself a spriter, so don't worry about it. But thanks a ton anyway, sorry for the inconvenience.

Awesome, thanks. This is a huge help, by the way; spriters are so hard to find nowadays! Just doing one overworld will be a great help, but if you're up to it we have plenty more that needs doing. We'll see how it goes. D=

One thing I just want to make sure of is that the goggles stand out. His goggles are sort of a trademark.

There's his trainer sprite. If you need a sketch I can get that, too, but it's essentially the same thing but bigger.
