  • YES! Seraph was her name! Haha, whoops. I knew it was a word, though.

Hey, if those tips have been helping, keep it up! :D
Hmm, Osiris's personality reminds me of the father of the skunk girl (ugh, her name's on the tip of my tongue) from Biohazard, I think? Man, it's been too long.

But wow! The colors look so vivid (I imagine the physical versions look even better), and you've gotten really good with poses and stuff. I especially like the Arachne one.
Sorry for taking so long to respond. May's been super busy on my end, and I went home to see family for two weeks.

Hah, by now you probably have two colorless pencils left? How long are these? It's pretty crazy if they're normal pencil-sized! :P

Wow, I really like the design on that drawing there!

You've once shown me a story about Pyra turning someone into a plushie, I think. As for Osiris, I'm not sure. I've heard that name before, but it may have just been from ancient Egyptian mythology or something.
Ah, I've seen those colorless pencils when I was a kid. I remember being confused about how it wasn't coloring anything. :P But yeah, you're getting really good! It's always interesting to see an evolution of style.
No worries! I'd be a hypocrite if the late response bothered me. :)

Haha, I'm a bit the same in that I don't like being pushed to try things. I definitely understand where you're coming from.

Really, you didn't finish Y? I was under the impression that you did. I thought I had your complete Friend Safari? But yeah, I recommend White 2. It has the best level curve, in my opinion. Too bad unlocking Challenge Mode is so weird and backwards.

Out of curiosity, do you remember how far you got in PSMD? But hey, trying to improve in drawing is a good endeavor! I don't think I've seen your gallery lately?
Some indies are pretty well-done. I know I've enjoyed at least one and plan on trying another eventually. Though I don't have a Steam either, and I pretty much play Nintendo exclusively. The 3DS is my system of choice now, and I'm very happy with it. :)

I love taking my time to explore game worlds at my own pace, so I know that feeling. Though doing that definitely made ORAS way too easy for me. Adding a Challenge Mode would've been nice, I think. I guess because of these preferences, my favorite main series games are Black2/White2.

I do love PSMD though; it's the most difficult of the PMD games and requires some thinking (or preparation) to get through some places. Disallowing you to go out and do your own thing is something I came to accept. I like that it prevents level or item grinding, limiting item preparation and leaves you to rely on your wits more. Though I suppose you've had worse, seeing as you've played Etrian Odyssey, haha! :P
Okay, I definitely remember the blood-draining scene now that you mention it!

You despise indies? Why is that, if you don't mind me asking? I haven't really thought much about them, so I guess I'm pretty indifferent towards them.

I actually thought that ORAS was kinda ehh comparatively. I had fun with the main game using a completely unevolved team of eight (it was still too easy for my tastes), but haven't delved too deeply into postgame. Super Mystery Dungeon though, I loved. Though I guess it's a bit biased, since I have sort of an unconditional love for PMD games. :P I'm guessing you're not a fan of the story pushing you along and not being able to do your own things?
I know the feeling with the motivation. I have a drawing to finish and a novel to start writing again, but I've gotten out of my schedules for those, so I'm kind of leaving them on the backburner, haha.
Well then! :P I think pooltoy Apollo's pretty cute, though. And the Doxisite one would be something I can see happening in the story.
I've already started the campaign, and I think the players are really enjoying it!

And it sounds like you've been busy!
That second book would be pretty useful for D&D, actually. I'm building my own campaign, and I plan to draw a lot of characters the players will meet. Which, by the nature of D&D, covers a lot of mythological species.
Yeah, I had a bit of a breakthrough for some reason, and my bodies actually started coming together. It takes a while, but it gets there.

And I really need to learn more about that, haha.
