I actually get used to it fast but having Christmas when it's so hot out... it's the weirdest thing ever!! it should be cold on xmas or the holiday feels weird lol
And you're lucky not to have massive issues with acne, I'm still struggling with some and going to the doctor on Wednesday to get some meds for it. Mine isn't awful but I want clear skin x_x

And ahh you should eat! There are many great things out there that I hope you'll be able to have. Do your parents not cook much? Or do you not like what they make?

I definitely value you, and I 100% know you're valued here :3 So definitely don't think about that here at the very least. Everyone is valuable even if they feel they're 'different' from everyone else, it's totally okay to be that way. I felt left out for the longest time but only more recently I've just grown to accept that it's okay to behave how I do and no single person is the same or 'normal', even if they seem like they're normal on the exterior. Everyone always has some kind of troubles and flaws etc. I've spoken with someone before who said I seemed totally normal to them, but that couldn't be further from the truth to me. So it's probably a similar case to many others - some are just good at hiding it in public.

that's so pretty!! I just love sunsets ^^ Here's one I took a couple of days ago when we were on our walk!

Hmm.. not going to get the flu shot for a while probably, I live in Australia now so summer is coming up. But maybe later on when it's winter here starting from late June or so. I have to check how often flu happens here and if the flu shot is as common as back in the US! Cases are low here, we can go anywhere without masks (even buses and trains) except when going to the doctor/hospital (which makes sense). It's super nice being able to shop without putting a mask on. Especially cause my face is sensitive and the mask makes me get acne ;_; But yeah.. I guess I'm not surprised people stopped caring. It's been 1.5 years now and everyone just wants to go back to their every day lives. Hopefully more people will get vaccinated so we can get closer to doing that ><

and there are a few organ harvesting scenes which show bodies completely cut open and parts ripped out.
omg I'm never gonna watch then AHHH this is too dark for me

    I tend to just accept any friend requests here, but on social media like Facebook I will definitely be picky.. I don't get as many messages anywhere anymore either, but that's also because I'm introverted and don't reply too quick. Oops. A lot of people I knew on various sites just ended up disappearing too, hope they're doing well. and don't worry about being slow, as you can see it took me 6 days before I checked that I had this message @[email protected];

aaah yeah a $50 game is something I'd want to finish at some point too, even if I didn't like it much. What did you not like about it?

also AWWW that baby is precious!!!

Nope we didn't, partner got his second dose of vaccine on the same day so we didn't want to commit to an event when we didn't know how he would react. fortunately it was okay :D

And ooff is Squid Game violent? I dunno much about it but it's been trending a lot. All I can think of is Splatoon when people bring it up xD; I'll consider it cause of how many people talk about it, even if my acquaintance watched recently and said she didn't like it lol.

No worries at all! :3 That's totally okay, I'm slow replying too. I currently have 9 I haven't checked either. Forgetfulness + sometimes being lazy = tough combination.

And ahh thank you!! That's so sweet of you to say. Yeah, some people here write so well and I dunno if I can ever write on the same level as them. It's a lot of fun when I have the drive to do it, but finding that drive is tough. I wish I could describe things as well as others can!

I ended up with PTSD because I done exactly that, I thought I could just brush it off. I'm so glad you got help though, you are far wiser than I was.

I'm not really too worried about their women's division being huge, I completely understand why men's wrestling is a bigger draw, I mean most fans are male in the wrestling world. It's just more that WWE has started treating women as little more than objects, or the toilet break match again. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Vince brought back lingerie pillow fights at this stage :(

Your threads are always fun wherever you make them Zeo!

Awww so cute! I love animals so much T_T There's an event here on the coming weekend and animals will be around to look at in their barns, considering taking a look... except it costs like $30 to get tickets to the event altogether and then we need to pay for everything else inside there. maybe worth it for animals though, hehe :3 and that's nice of you! I'd probably have done the same thing

and if it's been a year I may keep going where I left off depending on how much I remember. I think it's been that long for a certain anime I still haven't finished, but it doesn't feel like it's been so long that I need to restart. maybe it's the same with you despite being a year? @[email protected]

Nobody should have to go through that my friend, I'm so sorry 😢

I will pm you a link to a video that greatly helped with my PTSD related nightmares. If they come back then give it a try, it's a boring video, but you only need to watch it once, and it does work :)

Epcot is surprisingly nice even when you don't ride anything. Animal Kingdom is like that too, I just love the atmosphere, even if I don't go on anything!

I am going to give AEW a try, thank you! Yeah ignore those kind of "fans" there's no right or wrong way to watch wrestling, those kind of peeps are toxic to the community.

If you don't post it though, it will definitely get no replies!!! I promise I would reply at least anyway. If you decide against it, I might steal your idea in the future at some point 😁

(And yes I do like veggies - for carrots I prefer them a little softer so we tend to fry them to soften them up a bit. Though I can eat them raw too, just like it a little better when they're softer. But I don't eat as many of them as I could either so hahaha ;w; I do love my carbs a lot, even if it's not good to eat mostly that all the time.....

Oatmeal is delicious tbh. I would love to eat a good oatmeal all the time if that were all our bodies needed D: )

Sorry been moving apartments and it made me suuuper forgetful with messages
Last museum I was in was in 2020 I think, before COVID happened, in Canada... ahh I miss those times ; ; ngl I am already homesick, and I was so excited to permanently move out of my parents' house lol.. but maybe it's more me missing my cat than my home. I couldn't take her since bringing pets to Australia takes about 7 months, they need to get a few shots and wait a certain amount of time before they can be transported. Well at least this is just for 3 years and I'll be able to see her soon, she's happy in my big family house in the meantime ~

and omggg I'm sorry. I can tell you I've had situations like that before and they always suck X_X Did you manage to reschedule?

And yeah some doctors/nurses are great... some not so much. I had one that didn't seem like she cared at all, glad I don't go there anymore. Hopefully if I ever go to the psychologist/therapist/etc at some point they will be as nice as some of the ones you got.

That is absolutely terrifying Zeo. I completely understand why you would be uncomfortable about these things. The security was pretty good at every wrestling event I've been to, but they were all big company events (ie WWE) so I can't speak for smaller ones.

The security at Disney World has really been beefed up in recent years, and I feel incredibly safe there. Outside the parks... not so much.

I have not missed a Raw or Smackdown since I was a kid. Now I just don't feel I'm gonna catch up with what I've missed. I think I'm gonna give AEW a try tbh.

E&M would probably be the correct place, yes, but don't worry too much about activity, if everyone puts off posting there because it's quieter than off-topic, then it will always remain so 😉

It looks like a really nice and historical museum, I'd like to go sometime :D There are so many places to visit, so little time...... (and yes all the best to those people. It's shocking how we can just....miss things by such a short moment like that. I've read about people missing deadly situations by a literal 10 seconds and it just shocks me each time. I'd be so thankful to be safe)

And honestly, I feel like taking it for anxiety may not give an accurate answer for some. Since I hate the machine and my heart rate increases naturally when using it, it doesn't accurately represent my normal/resting heart rate. But I suppose nurses and doctors are used to people like that. I just never liked being judged based on it, always a bit tiring to tell medical people that my heart rate is only high because I hate the machine and not because I'm anxious all the time lol.

It's mostly that I have a tendency to be a huge klutz and mess things up. (like standing in the wrong line, signing my name in a completely wrong spot). Even though I'm pretty well spoken, I can be a ditz and do the stupidest things. (like at the post office i thought the lady behind me was a worker and i asked her for stamps). Another time i was looking for a bathroom at a restaurant...and walked in the kitchen. I've gotten anxiety for these continuous screw ups. I guess on the positive side, people around me find it very amusing.
it's never not going to surprise me how similar we are, this is literally me LOL so i can definitely say don't worry about it, plenty of people seem to just behave this way and there's nothing wrong with it :D

Those are two of the best of their generation, that is so cool!

Ron must have looked huge to a 14 year old!!!

I don't remember that thread tbh, so if you did make it then, it must have been a long while ago. I don't think anyone would mind :)

Kurt was actually so good out of the ring too back then, he was underused from character perspective!

Well put it this way, the women's evolution appeared to be completely over the last time I watched ;(

Back to being treated as the toilet break or just there for objectification.

Yes I did! I have been a lifelong fan too and I know exactly what you mean about characterisation.

There used to be a lot of weird and wonderful gimmicks too, it just doesn't happen anymore.

I very much care how good they are in the ring though, as well as how good they are out of it. Good wrestling is like a cross between gymnastics and dancing to me!

With that said though, for the first time in my life I might have stopped watching. I love it to bits, but I drifted away from WWE a few months ago because it started getting very sexist and homophobic again, after almost going in the right direction. I'm not sure what has happened, but it feels like Vince is trying to go back 20 years right now.

I might start again, or I might go "All In" 😅
