Which notes are broken? I repaired the image examples a while ago, and everything else seems to be working fine.

Have you tried deleting the save file? That does help with many issues on the load screen.
Either that or you are just plain missing many of the graphic files for your pokemon.

But try to delete the save, and rename your project so the two saves don't conflict.

That depends on what you want to tell in such a flashback. Works the same as a regular script, only difference is that you trigger it through a level script instead of a scripting event on the map. Just follow some tutorial about level scripts if you don't know how to do that.

Q1: Yes you can change the sitting sprite in OWM;)

Q2: You should use the same palette for both your female and your male overworld sprites;)

Q2: Why would you want to change the offset? You could just edit the palette on the existing offset if you import a new sprite.
