  • You certainly may. :) I could also get you an opposite-gender 5IV Scyther if that helps for breeding. Don't worry about Egg Moves; both genders pass them on now provided the Daycare doesn't overwrite them during breeding (I've seen a breeding story talking about that!).
Hey. How are you breeding the 3IV Scythers? I ask because I might be able to offer some breeding advice on how to get them to 4IV or even 5IV. I've bred four perfect Pokémon (not the goal, all by accident, two the same batch of Eggs as well! LOL) and seem to have the breeding strategy down; I can consistently pump out 5IV Pokémon now. So depending how skilled you are with the breeding, maybe I can offer some helpers if you're interested.

Also, you can actually get some good stuff from Wonder Trade. I received two Scythers in the course of about a dozen trades a couple of days ago. I also have received a lot of 4IV and 5IV things, and even a perfect Espurr that someone sent over WT (I'm guessing if that was being traded, that trader wants a perfect Shiny instead). Yesterday included a foreign 5IV Goldeen with Lightning Rod, a foreign 4IV Corsola, and - unfortunately way too common - a 5IV Froakie with Torrent (I have a 5IV Protean somewhere in the Bank too).

It might be better to trade some of your Scyther over WT and try to get some good breeding stock. I also recommend trying to invest in a perfect Ditto; it might cost you something nice, but you can breed like a racehorse with it. I routinely trade even my 4IVs over WT because a newer player sending out a Lv.3 Pidgey clearly can use something nice in their game, and in a way deserves it for trying out WT for the first time. With a 6IV Ditto, you can go from 0IV to 5IV over two batches of about a dozen Eggs. I can provide guidance if you're fairly new to breeding; I'm still new myself, but have a few good breeds from experimenting that I can show you how to do, and can advise on Scyther as well. Just don't ask for perfect IVs; it's never guaranteed. :)
