The pokemon it self wasn't created using action replay so the pokemon it self is legit ... it only had its encounter changed and every ribbon added to it.
Oh well hell ya the the ribbons them selfs are hacks no way to get 80 ribbons in sinnoh,but that pokemon it self isn't hacked it is Legit.
If you don't belive me still ill give you the action replay code and instruction on how to give any pokemon u want 80 ribbons.
If not i am done on this matter and i know that pokemon is legit just like my others because i have used it in wifi battles tonz of times and also used it in a few tournaments
Theres no way u can take a sinnoh pokemon to hoeen or xfer it to hoeen.You can only take games such as ruby,saphire and emerald after u beat them game and get national dex and trasfer then over.
