Hi there; Sorry I didn't make the Mega Evolution hack. I'm unable to give you a patch. I just made the patch that sets up all of the Mega Evolutions, but without Touched's hack it doesn't work.

What is happening exactly? And how do you try to make it work?

I'm not going to make a patch for it because that would remove the ability to configure the code. Please follow the tutorial on how to insert it - it's not that hard.
