Hey there, I prefer normal Pokemon instead of legendaries in the Battle Tower and I recommend that I use Arcanine and Garchomp if you want to win during the events in the Battle Tower, also EV training is along time to do, but using Carbos and etc. is making them EV trained, but it takes 10 HP UP's or etc. to get to 252 on that certain stat.
