my technique is that i post in the GTS the Ditto's IVs. but not posting the IVs works as well, i guess, since a lv30 Ditto is automatically considered caught from a friend safari ^^

2 31IV Ditto works too, but kinda takes a few minutes to hours though~ ^^

Are you fine with touch trades? Since you're not going to use them in battles anyway. I have a collection of every legendary, and barely has any spare, so touch trades are the only thing I can offer you. :/
