Hey it's alright I fixed it. The frame rate was jumpy when I recorded it, but because of the way I recorded it - it discluded the frame rate all together hence making the audio larger. So I just recorded in Fraps and that worked. Thanks for the concern though :)

Hi there! Regarding that thread you posted about recording- you shouldn't have to restart at all. The only reason the audio file is longer than that of the video is because you probably press 'Record' in Audacity before you start recording the video. I've never used Sony Vegas but all you should have to do is manually move the video clip so it's in line with the audio/ vice-versa. No biggie. :)
