FTE decision time. Option A is going up Mountain path. Option B is guarding Mountain entrance. Option A has Rock and Flying Types so I think you’d do well going up the Mountain with your Ground typing coming in handy on Rock Types. You can choose to say behind though but a decision has to be made.
Still working on the FAQ because when I was viewing it yesterday I was on a Tablet using Safari. Perhaps on a PC with a different browser might change things with regards to viewing the links(which apparently have been edited out). Anyways, hopefully the full FAQ is posted soon.
You are right about that. I'm amazed by some of the darkness in gen 1, murdered Pokemon with ghosts haunting the tower, gambling, a peeping tom in Celadon city, trainers who carry whips. The pokedex entries are so out there, cubone wearing his dead mother's skull, parasect essentially being brain dead. Though I guess the Dex entries are dark in all generations, mandibuzz eating cubone, yamask carrying the face it had as a human, gengar killing people to make companions according to Moon. Its fascinating what gets through the censors I think. Pokemon is more complex than many people realize, which is why I love it.

Stoutland could not be saved by Nurse Joy. He passed on. I think this is the first time they went there with character death in the anime... permanently at least, though the movies have killed off characters.
Similarly the main series is the formula of Pokemon game I am most comfortable with, but I have dabbled a little outside of the core games. I would be interested in a spin-off about the world of contests.
Its hard for me to pick a favorite game. I'm leaning towards Oras. I really liked the Delta plot as postgame content, and the dexnav as a mechanic. But gen 5 is great too though. I'm an oddball, its unusual to find someone like me who enjoyed parts of gen 6 and 5 since they are so opposite :P
