I loved the crystal advance pokemon, without a doubt it is the best remake of the crystal. I play for the MyBoy premium emulator and I'm having some problems:
-I can't capture Farfetch'd, the game crashes when I capture it.
-Moltress does not appear to me.
-When I deliver the fossil to the scientist at the museum and then I go back to talk to him, no dialogue appears and I am unable to receive the kabuto and omanyte.
-You cannot capture HO-HO after capturing the three legendary ones.
-I also don't find Chikorita and Cyndaquil on route 1 and in the dark cave.
-I can't find Kangaskhan in the rock tunnel.
-I can't find the mew on route 1 after capturing the mewtwo

1. Yup I knew he was supposed to be there but the cave is empty as you can see here: https://gyazo.com/32817de2086b220385d50d6ee1d6eaa2 and to prove I haven't caught/fought him already here's my pokedex: https://gyazo.com/e50443fb0adda51ad46fd32aed5e5d0a
2. I defeated Gold but the guy is still in the Cerulean cave. As you can see the champion isn't in MT Silver anymore since I defeated him: https://gyazo.com/b35e4047e37cead2f374524f43375194 (could this bug happen because I defeated Gold and not Red? Maybe you coded it so the guy leaves when Red is defeated but not Gold?)
3. I saw a screenshot of a player (maybe you) getting a GS Ball after talking to Chansey so I managed to find the pokemon center and tried it but it doesn't work. I defeated the league twice could that be an issue? https://gyazo.com/a6f1a7ac10d45c6e90e57d9a4dd3f3ac and yes I checked my inventory
(Also I agree that GS-Ball should only be given after you defeat the Champion :D)

Hey! Big fan of your rom hack Crystal Advance but I have some questions, hopefully you can help me
1. Where's Moltres? I beat the pkmn league, I got the 16 badges, beat Gold in Mt.Silver and even caught Zapdos and Articuno but I can't find Moltres anywhere. He's not in the cave next to MT.Silver (nothing's there which is weird) and he's not in Victory Road like the change log said either.
2. How do I unlock the Cerulean Cave to catch Mewtwo? I've done everything except complete the pokedex but the guy is still blocking the cave
3. How do I get the GS Ball?
4. How do I get pokemons from gen 3-4-5..? I see I have the items to evolve Electabuzz and Magmar but can't evolve them with link cable and haven't seen a pokemon that wasn't gen 1 or 2 all game.

also a few bugs:
I can't use Ho-oh, when a battle starts and my character throws the pokeball the game freezes, I've tried multiple times.
There's a hidden patch of grass right behind the 4th gym in Johto, you can find Poliwags and Poliwhrils there
Behind the 8th Johto gym I surfed on the water because I forgot that the cave would be blocked by 2 old man and wanted to catch a dratini before the gym. What happened was that while in the water I was randomly teleported to the cave and once I came out I just walked through the old man blocking it. I tried again and got teleported again and again until one time my game crashed.

Adapted or not. If you know it will improve the game then do it ;)

But if you will ask if it is okay to adapt gen 4, my answer is Yes.

I think it's okay, removing moves that don't work and replacing it with new of some V and VI gen attacks will be more better.

Whatever it will be, it's up to you. Still I support and play your hack game :)
