ICE: in MT.Frost (in here u can catch kyurem lv 80 giratina lv75 abomasnow lv40 and find lots of useful items)
Cloud: in MT.Coal or MT.Tarot ( sorry mybad I can't remember exactly) u can catch deoxy and some legend pokemon too)...
