  • That's ok! I know things come up and whatnot :) Just message me whenever you need help though and I'll try and help out.
Hi! I'm on my phone at the moment but look for hackmew's thread in the toolbox. Also if you look on the simple answers thread there are links a few pages back!
Well feel free to give me a PM to discuss details, for starters I could write a brief beginners introduction to a few important tools and skills, if you'd like that :)
All right, then. You have a pretty big Fighting weakness, though, and Jellicent is the only one who can at least take them.
Of course! I'm around here a lot :) Whenever you need me drop me a VM and I'll get back to you when I can.
Hello Pokemonpal! I hear you're looking for a Rom Hacking mentor - That's me! :D
Yup, Mamoswine would make a good check to the Dragons out there, and Conkeldurr will be there as extra insurance for dealing with Steels.
First off, you should know how type synergy works. Say you have 1 Water (or Flying, or even both types) Pokemon out in battle and a Ground Pokemon waiting in the back. If you have a feeling the opponent will use an Electric move on you, you can switch out the Pokemon you currently have and bring the Ground Pokemon in to absorb the attack (Ground is immune to Electric in this case). This also works on other types, but it's all about you knowing the type chart.

If you want to know about good defensive cores, here's an example: Ferrothorn and Jellicent. One Pokemon resists the weaknesses of the other (Jellicent is immune to Fighting and resistant to Fire; Ferrothorn resists Water, Electric, Dark and Ghost).

Would you mind posting a team so I can help you further?
Hey there, I'll be your CBC tutor. :D So, what do you need help with?

(I'll have to reply a bit late because it's late where I am)
