    I received an e-mail today saying they've dispatched it, I also checked the order's status on the site too and it appears to have been sent. If I remember correctly, it's next day dispatch so it should come tomorrow. If not, it should definitely arrive this week.
    I phoned them on both Thursday (as I already mentioned) and Friday, and it seems to have worked, since the order has advanced to a different stage. Now that the stock has been allocated (which it should have done over a week ago), the ball seems to be rolling again and it should arrive sometime next week.

    ...unless some other complications arise, but it's best not to think like that. =P

    PS: I find this thread amusing. =D
    I phoned about half an hour asking why it hasn't even been sent yet, despite having more than enough in stock. The guy on the phone said "It's probably still at the warehouse, I'll send a query e-mail to find out what's going on. It should be sorted by the end of the day."

    ...in other words, he didn't know, so he just told me anything so I'm happy and get off the phone. I seriously doubt that any action will be taken.
    I was unlucky enough to order a graphics card that doesn't exist anymore, so a replacement would never come because it would be waiting for new stock forever. I did a little research and it turns out there was something wrong with the model and that's why it was discontinued, hence why no new stock came.

    Looking around a bit, I realised that an amended version of my card was released, so I phoned up and explained the situation.

    I then waited for the new model to arrive, only to find out a few days later that it was going to be at least a month before more stock came. Losing patience, I phoned again, demanding a graphics card of equal value that was in stock. They said "okay, expect it to arrive on Monday or Tuesday". That was last Friday, and I keep checking the order's status online and it hasn't even been sent yet. There's more than enough in-stock, so I have idea what the problem is.

    I might phone and complain again. O.o
    It's the graphics card this time; technology hates me doesn't it? To put it simply, the monitor stopped showing stuff one day and I figured out it was the graphics card that was to blame. I'm getting a replacement from where I bought it from, but there's been a lot of issues (I can't be bothered explaining them =P). So, almost a month later, it still hasn't arrived.

    I've been meaning to contact you for some time, but due to the lack of a good browser, it's been a while. A whole months worth (without college as well) of work on the engine wasted. Bah! *sigh* I hope I get the card soon, I want my life back. =P
