I did it! I bloody did it! No thirty people though. Tiny room. Tiny audience. And I sucked, but it was a great first-step and got a decent enough reception. They clapped and I escaped unlynched so that's always a good sign. But yeah! Thanks for that shiny lobster/squirrel/rabbit!

Disneyland horror story, hell yes. Or, you know, a normal one. Go for it!

I find it difficult, but good for you if you can manage it. It's all down to an interesting protagonist, hrmm. Humour is a great way of making them lovable, though. It's like what Cosmo says from Singin' in the Rain - "Make 'em laaaugh, make 'em laaaaaaugh!"

If you're bored, check out the video I posted seven VMs back. It's sort of traumatic but it's opened my third eye to something glorious.

... and tomorrow, I'm going to read a short story out to an audience of thirty. So, you know, wish me luck.

Spontaneous question! Do you mostly write in first person or third?

And I never have any clue on what to write in journals! I tried a hundred times, but all I ever end up writing is doodling dogs that look nothing, in any universe, like dogs. But I suppose you could add a video game column, if you're interested in games? Like, what to play and check out.

Go with it. Push boundaries. If it isn't challenging, then you probably aren't learning anything. So always go in for the fear! Even if failure in writing is a deeply embarrassing thing... ack, I'm reminded of when I first started out. Painful is not the word.

That video made me want to make a male character who has a somewhat embarrassing profession. Getting dressed up as a woman, but not to the full extent, and dancing. Not quite degrading, but people outside of his fanbase don't take him seriously and he gets bullied. I like effeminacy in boys/men, and masculinity in girls/women. I just love to see things get shaken up, and for gender roles to become less jaded and typical.

Bloody incredible. People like him just keep reinforcing my belief in humanity, and how frickin' beautiful we all are. From our bodies to our mentalities, and everything in between... it's mindblowing. And the grit! Don't even get me talking about the grit. I'm literally getting shaky just thinking about how wonderful mankind is.

And here is a video of Tom Holland. Dancing. In drag.

Every time I think about it, I start laughing. I want to go to dance classes! Bring on the dough!

Indubitably. I think the saddest part for me was when Jane was using the colour method board and sort of breaking down, and he just gave her that look. My poor heart.

It's a beautiful film, alright. And Felicity really shines in it.

I'm about to go to bed! Can't watch Maddie Ziegler much longer or the urge to dance will take me, and I'll fall over in the dark and break my neck.

So I'll see you in about... eight hours or something. Until then!

Sorry for taking so long to reply! I was watching retarded comedy and dance videos. I can't bloody wait to go to dance classes - a prospect that isn't even within sight yet.

Eli! I keep forgetting about that name. Yeah, I sort of knew a boy called Eli from swimming lessons (which I never finished). The quintessential dreamboat. Must be a stud by now, but yeah, nice kid.

Thanks! I've got some beauties lined up for my next female character, and it suits them all a heck of a lot. And I've always loved the name Jade, too - just never had the right character for it. It's a good list.

Jules is a great unisex name, too. And believe me, I get the whole associations thing. I've been cheated out a ton of names that way, and I wouldn't want to be accused of projecting, for the love of mercy lmao.

I'm really digging the name Phoenix at the moment, too. Done cheesily, it's a catastrophe but the right character could really bring it out.

And this is a brilliant song by a French siren, so I recommend giving it a listen if you're in the mood.

Ah, well it's a Chinese dish that is revoltingly delicious. And I'm really big on rice - it knocks spots off pasta and surpasses it in terms of versatility. Jam and pasta? Gross.

Solo was great. Not necessarily a great movie, once again, but certainly not without merit. Ehrenreich did brilliant and he really did capture Han Solo.

Actually, it's girl names where I tend to get stuck. They are a nightmare to sort out. With boy names, I'm usually torn between several. Klaus, Jude, Clance, Simon, Taj, Rufus, Janus, Mathieu, et cetera. Lady-wise, I stare at the screen for twenty minutes and gnaw on the table. Artemis is a favourite of mine, I suppose, and it's sorta unisex. Carlotta is another goodie.

And yeah, ordinary names are for suckers. But I liked your choice of Memphis. It's brilliant and I want to use it.

Yup, it does. And not being like the others can be rubbish, I know - a really dark feeling that is overwhelming at the best of times. For me, it's my lack of know-how that does it, and volatility when it comes to compassion. It's tiresome being different but I also imagine that it's tiresome being like everyone else. Ah, the struggle to fit in, and the struggle to break free! Humans, at the end of the day, have no idea what they want and never what they need.

What?! But Coraline was a festival of the imagination! Still, Super 8 and Fantastic Beasts should make for a fun day/couple of days. S8 isn't necessarily a good movie in the true sense, but it's still very entertaining.

Add szechuan beef to the food list! And rice and jam, a dish I am currently eating. Spearmint milkshakes are also a slice of heaven.

Rats - the picture's too shrunken and I can't make it out. You could probably resize it with some really simple software. Paint is utter rubbish but it can get it done.

But it sounds healthy. Congrats for the dedication! And for a list of 'to-watch' movies, I suggest you see Kubo and the Two Strings, Super 8 and Coraline. Wait... maybe strike Super 8. There's a few blood splats here and there, and Coraline may get pretty sinister... but they're great watches. Really good.

And don't worry about the handwriting. I'm nearly an adult and it looks like I'm a toddler that has just got hold of a leaky pen.

Yeah, adding a column for names would be good. And maybe a column for story scenes that occurs to you? It can be easy to forget them.

Never heard of her, but she looks pretty. And I like the idea.

... BUT I JUST HAD AN EPIPHANY. I don't use capital letters very often, but they are a testament to its greatness. Okay, so here it is:

People in the Autism spectrum, getting through life, doing stuff, is inspirational and feelgood. A nice story. But suppose that you add a twist, and suddenly they're in a survival situation! Not necessarily zombies or aliens - just something that throws them in the deep end. And you'd make a perfect writer for it, because you already know about autism and it's strengths. It's not as though you're some guy off the street who doesn't know jack about it. And there is still room for slice of life and romance. You don't even need violence, you know?

Do you remember that story from the news a few years ago? Maybe not, but an autistic boy was lost in the woods and everyone thought the worst. But he survived. Two weeks, in the middle of nowhere, and he survived. That's brilliant.

Dyscalculia? Well, I sympathise. Maths are positively evil and their necessity is a thorn in my side.

Sounds fun. Have you got a real person behind the character? In terms of looks, I mean.

That's rough, and it's strange how these conditions sometimes come in clusters...? Like, ADHD and Tourette and all that. It's bizarre.

I theorised over having a learning disability myself, but I've decided it's down to lack of practice with new activities and a slammed memory. And you know that saying... I can't remember it word-for-word, but it doesn't matter how long you take to learn
something, as long as you're actually trying. Effort alone can do nearly anything.

    Quick Self-Introduction
I'm the most amazing, kind, adorbz, sweet, lovable weirdo you'll ever meet. :D
Well, the name's Kimi. No, I'm not Japanese. The origin of my nickname comes from my favorite rugrat named Kimi Finster. Kimi is also short for Kimberly, which is my real name. Please call me Kimi though. :3 I am diagnosed with a high-functioning form of autism. There are times when this can cause me a great deal of social anxiety. You'll have to excuse me if I don't interact much.

I also have ADHD and Severe Generalized Anxiety Disorder. This often creates a lot of stress for me. :c I do my best to be as strong as possible though and be the happiest person I am meant to be. I love to make new friends too, so don't be afraid to add me!

I'm a strong believer in music saving lives, seeing how it's saved mine many times. I wouldn't be here today if not for the power of it. Music has shown me that I'm not alone in the world. It has helped me through a lot of tough times in my life and showed me that everything will be okay in the end!
