    To make the links is exactly the same as normal, use the [URL] tags.

    The placement is all done through CSS, google it and you'll be able to find some tutorials.
    Not all CSS can be done on the forums though.

    You'll have to finish it in CS4 then because Elements can't open CS2 files, at least that I'm aware.

    You make a new one...
    You make a new layer, use your splatter brushes, make a new layer, go to Apply Image, then right click the applied image and click clipping mask.

    Okay. that's what I figured. So basically you have your tag, then you put on some splatter brushes, doesn't matter what color but I usually use white. So you put your brushes on, make a new layer then go to Image > Apply Image. Then right click on the layer you made that image on and select clipping mask. Move the layer around a bit to your liking and there you go.
