Ah. It doesn't really bother me, since most of my cards are from when I collected years ago. I am really starting to appreciate some of the news cards, too, however. I think you are supposed to use the effects from the newest version... Hmm. They sold a deck that didn't feature an entire evolution line? Do they do that often?
Yeah, I see what you're saying.
Does it really affect things when the Pokemon are so far apart? I only have like two evolution lines, haha. I probably don't know enough about the game to be adept at evaluations of this sort. My thought was just that I'd be able to draw a lot of Basics, and wouldn't be stuck. But, now that I think of it, I probably ought to put a couple more stronger Pokemon in there... Yeah, I can imagine. It's probably like in Magic, when you don't draw any lands...
Haha, nice. I think it'd be better, but I'm a fan of Asian culture, so who knows?
Well, I just put together a bunch of Fighting- and Grass-energy Pokemon, along with a splash of normal. I haven't tried it out, yet, but it just seems like it would work for a basic starting deck. Do you not have a lot of the same type and the corresponding energy? Haha, I'll only have like two or three people to play with as well... :/
Ah. If I were to read something like that, I would go for Battle Royale. It's like a Japanese counterpart to Lord of the Flies. And yeah, that's generally how it goes. lol
Oh, yeah? Do you use it often? Yeah, last Saturday, I just got out some of my cards, figured out which I had the most of, and between looking at the rulebook and using some of experience with other TCG, I put my first deck together. I'm SO looking forward to trying it out. And do you not have a lot of cards?
Oh, jeez... I didn't like that story. I felt so sorry for Piggy. And it makes me nervous about blunt force cranial trauma, lol. I'm alright. Too much school, though. I'm just looking forward to next weekend, when I get to test out my first Pokemon deck. What's up with you? :D
