Hmm I don't want to add bread (or products along those lines) into my diet as they cause bloating - but as a last resort I will consider such meals as I would only have it a couple of times a week which won't do much damage at all really.

I have soup at work so raman is probably too similar for my liking. I did consider spaghetti but that's the kind of meal that you usually have leftovers for and I don't want that (due to limited fridge space and such).

It's ironic. I'm a fussy eater mainly due to circumstances not taste.I pretty much always have to have a plan as far as my meals go and I suppose life in general. Not a fan of spontaneity.

I drink a blueberry smoothie pretty much each night as well. If I can just sort out my dinner circumstances, I could make the switch.

They say that diversity is the spice of life. I think to myself quite often to avoid getting into "samey samey bullmuk" routines. My life is pretty routinely, there's not much spontaneity in what I do, so I think I also fall into that trap at times.

Speaking of food, there's something you could help me with. I'm planning on going vegetarian. The only thing I need to cut from my current diet is oily fish and the only meal when I have fish is with my dinner - either rice or fish and chips. My issue is what to replace the fish with. For the rice meal, I think I'll have to add something else to my stir fry (cauliflower, peppers and onion shoots currently), in order to get the additional calories in. As for the fish and chips, I am going to have to scrap that meal for something else. Do you have any ideas of a easy vegetarian dinner that I could make? I have rice four times a week as standard but the secondary dinner varies from 2-3 days depending on if I eat out or go to my parent's for dinner on the weekend. As such, the secondary dinner should be something that I can eat in a single day without any leftovers. Any advice would be great. I think between milk, eggs and nuts I can keep my protein levels reasonable enough with all the training I do and such, but any other suggestions for protein could be useful too.

You get points for initiative and trying but damn that sucks it didn't work out for you. And yeah to add insult to injury they got an outsider in...

I'd probably want to leave if that sort of thing happened to me too. I'm getting my car serviced, MOT'd and taxed this month which is a hit on my savings as well.

I hope things get better for you soon, I really do.

What kind of life changes if it's not too personal for you to share?

I watched the video and I found it amusing - it was pretty good though. I'm surprised they said "Osu" in the song though as that is a very manly phrase in Japan and it's not really a word ladies should be using. At least in traditional Japan.

Yo what's up, long time no talk. I don't do much on PC anymore these days. I've been pretty busy with work and karate and stuff. It's almost been a year since I moved out and gained my independence, it's going pretty great. How about you?

She had a kiln in her garage?! That is awesome! I bet that thing made her electric bill through the roof lol.

Ancient history is really interesting as well. And 20th century has a ton of important stuff: WWI,WWII, rise and fall of Soviet Union, decolonization, civil rights movements, EU, NATO, men on the moon, and me of course (jk). Im probably forgetting a few other stuff. There was a bunch of crap with the Cold War too.

Economically, Keynesianism was popularized and the 20th century (though more the 19th century) spelled the end of classical liberals and classical economists.

In culture, there were a bunch of cool art movements. I dont find this particularly interesting and I dont know much, but dadaism, pointillism, pop culture, postmodernism, surrealism. probably other stuff i dont know. You probably know more. xD

That is super cool! I try to draw, but im not that good. However, I can do ceramics and run a ceramics club that donates to a local charity.

I am currently writing a story for english class that is pretty okay I guess. Its supposed to be modeled similar to Franz Kafka's "Metamorphosis." Like the styles he uses (ex: long sentences, use of dashes, ambiguity, etc).

I love history. its my favorite class. Its really useful when talking about politics and economics in my opinion. And philosophy. Like how the Enlightenment created the Classical Liberals and Physiocrats that lead to democracy and capitalism, and how this spelled the end of mercantilism. Im not going to lie, I am a big fan of Locke and Paine. xD Mostly the works that come from them, but I have have read a bit of Paine, but school is getting in the way. :/ Locke is great on natural rights and defining property in my opinion, but I totally disagree on him with social contract theory. Paine is great at pointing out contradictions in England's constitutional monarchy, but fails to apply these same principles to democracy (although he did write much of his work in 1776, conveniently right before the United State's great experiment with a republic). Ill have to look more into his opinion on our checks and balances system, but his pamphlets certainly influenced the colonies, so I am surprised we ended up with the checks and balances system, but at the same time not. It was the best system at the time (although Hans-Herman Hoppe has been making a great case pro-monarchy over democracy, but I haven't read his work yet).

Im going to bed now lol. idk why i wrote all of that. im weird. it probably doesnt even make sense because it lacks logical order and probably decent grammar, but whatever.

Do you know how to draw well?

I just finished history, which covered European history from the edge of the middle ages to about 2010. And the rest are the regular english, math, chemistry, blah blah.

Ill be taken an economics course over the summer, and I study some philosophy, economics, and political ideologies on my own (mostly my political ideology, supplemented with others).

That's awesome! How long did you live there for? I really enjoyed the scenery in Noboribetsu (particularly at Hell's Valley) though I'm interested to hear what it'd be like to live there. :o

Hi, Scarf! I hope that things are running smoothly. I had a question about an English translation of a Japanese term/character..

In the context of the first Ace Attorney game (http://aceattorney.wikia.com/wiki/Gyakuten_Saiban:_Yomigaeru_Gyakuten_Original_Soundtrack) and the first installment in the "Pursuit ~ Cornered" suite of tracks (particularly, Track #8 on the aforementioned article), would "追求" be translated as "Pursuit" or "Pressing Pursuit"? Most places that I've seen omit the "Pressing" part in the English translation, so I'm wondering if it is supposed to be there or if it is "optional" for inclusion.. Thanks in advance for your help!

I think the latter option is more likely for Ghostbusters haha. I thought AoU wasn't bad at all, but it definitely wasn't quite as strong as the first one.

Pacific Rim is really, truly, getting a sequel and it's going to star John Boyega. This is my jam. This is my peanut butter and jam. Two great tastes that taste great together. I can't wait. I want it now. I want it yesterday. I don't care that it's a sequel in a long line of disappointing sequels. This movie deserves a sequel and it will be magnificent and I will be there on opening day.

Some days you're the statue. Statue day today. Lots of disappointments, plans being made, cancelled, new plans being made, those being cancelled, too, and ending up somehow not doing anything I wanted to do and doing a lot of things I didn't care for. All to accommodate other people.

It's not exactly like it sounds though. Like, I'm not the doormat I used to be. It's not that I was being taken advantage of. Sometimes I think I'm a little bit of a sociopath in that I can be really unmoved...

First, I'm sorry for the sudden disappearance. It was uncool of me to leave for so long without explanation. If that left someone with a bad taste in their mouth then, again, I'm sorry. I've got my reasons though.

Last year both of my grandmothers died, one rather suddenly and the other who everyone was surprised to see still alive and kicking for as long as she had, both within the space of a month. It made me sad and made me think. I thought a lot about what I was doing with my life...

Don't read if you haven't seen it yet. Okay, well, read a little, but not too much. Spoilers and all that.

As you know, Doctor Who is celebrating its 50th anniversary and there has been quite a bit of new material released related to it, not the least of which is the special starring both Matt Smith and David Tennant. Saw that. I have things I could say about it and will, but I want to talk first about An Adventure in Space and Time.

This is the docudrama about the creation...
