    Are you using Tile Molester or Tile Molester Alternate?
    Honestly, I don't even know the difference between the two but it might be the problem.

    Hm, weird. Try navigating directly to '0x4882AC'. That's the exact offset of the PC door animation (as opposed to the table of all door animations) which is followed by the gym and mart animations respectively. It shouldn't be messed up then.

    Since I helped you, I was wondering if you could possibly help me out in return. You see, I've been trying to view 4th gen OWs for some time now but I just can't seem to figure out how to edit them. I extracted what I believe to be the correct .NARC file from my SoulSilver ROM but I don't know what to do now. I've tried opening the file in Tile Molester and messing around with various palette/codec options but all I see it a jumbled mess. Seeing how you possibly had a little more success than myself, I was hoping you could point me in the right direction (and you do owe me one^^).

    First of all, I'd just like to say that I really appreciate the way in which you ask for help. Keep that up and you'll go places, kid :P
    Anyways, I wrote a mini-tutorial about how to edit door animations using Tile Molester alternate (download here) in this post. I was in a rush as I was writing it so I assumed quite a lot of knowledge for potential readers so I guess I'll go into a little more detail here:
    1) The offset I gave will only get you close. You'd be better off using 0x486FEC
    2) In order to go to a certain offset in the ROM in Tile Molester, go to "Navigate" and then to "Go To...". A window will pop up and ask for your offset and that's where you'll type '0x486FEC'
    3) You can set the block size (I think I said "canvas size" in the tutorial for some reason) by going to "View", then "Block Size", and then "Custom...". You should then set both the number of columns and the number of rows to 2
    4) The screen should look still look like a mess. This is when we want to get a palette file. Simply play through your game in VBA until you get to a point where you are in the same map as the door animation that you want to change. Then, click on "Tools" and scroll down to "Palette Viewer...". In the next window, click on the "Save BG..." button and save your palette where you feel like (make sure it's in the format "Windows Palette (*.PAL)"). You can quit VBA. We now need to import our palette into Tile Molester. To do this, you'll need to (in Tile Molester) click on "Palette" at the top and then "Import From" and finally click "Another File...". Navigate to your exported palette and import it. Now things should look a lot better!

    I would recommend zooming in ("View" -> "Zoom" -> any one of those higher percentages (I usually use 800% but any will do)) which will help when you're editing the frames pixel by pixel. I'm not going to give you a full, in-depth tutorial of Tile Molester but some other nice things to know are:
    1) You can change between palettes (the palette you exported actually contains 16 different palettes :O) at the bottom using the arrows on either side of the display of colors
    2) Use the various arrows and '+' and '-' buttons at the top to help arrange the image. It's hard to explain but if you fool around with it enough, you'll figure out what each one does.

    So that should pretty much do it. Let me know if you run into any troubles or if you need me to clarify things. I tried to be as clear and simple as possible but I'm not very good at explaining things in general^^
