his user name is xenion and this is what he pm'ed me the first time:
hey i was wondering if you would like to help me make a hack. i know this is random but you're the kinda person i need. i need someone who can script and insert title screens. i would like to hear back from you soon. thank you for reading this message
    And the second time
    Well here's my storyline:
Basically when the game first starts out you find out that the evil team in this game (yet to be named) is invading your home forest. You get a pokemon. Battle your way to save your cousin. get back to the lab and find out that the team is actually trying to set the region into chaos like all of the others (kanto, jhoto, etc.) so Prof. Xenith tells you that he wants you to help with the downfall of the team. and to conquer such a task you have to travel to different regions besides Keoyte. later in the game you find out that the leader of the evil sindicate is your uncle and that they are trying to get the regions into chaos so they can send the world into a different demension where they will be the overlords.
thats what i have so far. sound good to you?
im currently working on the maps up to the second or third town cuz thats when my alpha is going to be released. but yeah i really need a scripter.
The title is Pokémon: The 3rd Demension.

so if you have the two programs start following the following steps(sounds weird i know):
1-draw the tiles you want(make sure they are 16x16 tiles so if you want to make a shape made of 4 tiles it should be 32x32 but make sure that the first color you put in the drawing is the background color just simply color the entire background with one color that you know you won't use in the tile so that the game understands to make this coor transparent in advance map and be sure to make the tile 16 or less colors, even if you make it more than 16 colors infranveiw will turn them into 16 color but just to make the tiles look the way they are and to avoid infranveiw from changing the color of your tile to fit 16 colors, just make it 16 colors)
2- save the tiles and then right click the tiles and hit open with and choose infran veiw, the red cat thingy icon.
3-click image---->decrease color depth---->choose 16 colors thingy---->hit ok---->again image---->pallete---->export pallete---->save the pallate somewhere, then save the image in the same folder as the pallete(put them alone in a folder)
4-exit infranveiw, goto advance mapa dn goto the block editor and hit the last thing in the menu bar and choose the import pallete from file or fo;lder or something like that. but make sure that before you do this you nchoose an unused pallete so above the current tileset you see a bar with number of the current pallete and click the arrow and start from pallete 0 to 12 and find one that has no colors used in the block set on the far left. once you do, do the step i already mentioned but told you to do this first(SORRY FOR THE COMPLEX LANGUAGE)
5-click the last menu from the menu bar again and click write pallete changes to rom then click picture ans click export tileset two if you want to add a tile not replace one otherwise if you want to replace a current tile find in which tileset it is then export that one but i'm gonna tell you how to add one
6-open the tilset in paint and the tile in paint. now check if the color of the background in the tiles image is the same as the color filling the bottome part of the tileset, if it isn't one of the steps you did up there you did wrong, anyways if it is then copy the tiles, WITHOUT the transparent option being chosen.paste it in the tileset and place it in the ver bottom left corner making sure that you exported tileset two which has an opening at the bottom and also making sure that you left no spaces between the tiles and the bottom or the left borders of the tiles, NO SPACES.
7-then back to advance map and slick pisture, import tileset 2 or 1 depending on the one you saved then hit again write pallete changes to rom in the last menu in the menu bar.
8-scroll down in the tilset and till you find the tile you iserted, tileset on the right.
9-now go to the top left of the tiles you inserted, hold control and the right mouse button and move the mouse over towards the bottom left but not ill the end only till the box that displays the selected tile is full and no longer can be added too.
once you do that go to tileset and hit the last one to add the number of tiles and add about 50 to the present numner and hit ok.
10-now go down to the bottom of the block where there is black blocks.

choose any one of the tiles there and i guess you now how to move the tiles from the tileset to the block set.
i gooto go but next time i'll help you with advanced pallete editting.

HA HA, OK, download these programs and we'll start but anyways be sure to download this advance map cause it's the newest version 1.92 the easiest to work on, similar to the old one but the bugs are fixed and everything works here.
