Yup. If you need any suggestions on GUI and whatnot, don't be afraid to ask. If you could code a really quick command-line tool, that would be of use too. It mostly requires simple bytes to be replaced. Then, you could release something in as little time as today.
Basically, just that. Yes. If you need a bit of help with the .sseq (What the DS uses for music) download the attachment from this page and look under "SSEQ File Format". It will provide bytes that you might need for it.
Well, it does sound good. If it can export MIDI I might use it, but I am working on my DS hack and I would really appreciate if I could get a looping program for that as I haven't figured that out yet. This program does look really good at the moment though.
