Hey Cat Dog, lovin' that new avatar.

I watched The Lion King a few weeks back and Scar is probably one of the best Disney villains IMO.

Isn't Vivica's character called Vernita Green? I remember it only because I spent ten minutes trying to memorize her name after also forgetting who the hell she was.
Eh, what bothers me about Vol 2 is it has a feeling (at least to me) as being overly drawn out. For example, the conversation between the Bride and Bill at the beginning. Even though it wasn't really long at all, it just started to bore me very quickly.

Mmm, from what I know, it's going to be released in 2014. Or at least, that's what IMDB says, so Tarantino still has a fair bit of time to groom the actors and shoot the film along with Django. My favorite? Damn, thats a hard one. I'd probably have to go with Vol 1. Although I loved Elle Driver in the second film, I can't get past O-Ren Ishii and her gang in the first film, nowadays they're the definition of gang in my book. What about you?

With you... yea maybe. Not with other people. XD

The story is really good, and I loved most of the characters from the start. I love plot twists and shockers, ep 1 really started off right for me. And then you had other episodes like 9, or most of all 12. And episode 20 there at the end I got chills so bad. I just all around loved the series.

One of the reasons why I loved it was because I'm sort of a sci-fi fan and what was shown in Steins;Gate is real time travel theories. So I understood a lot of what was going on.
    And I loved the characters

Who's responsible for putting that word in the list? :P

You sound like Stephen Fry, then xD

Apologies for those expecting a Futurama reference, but I can assure you that I have not missed a 'the' in the title of this blog post.

I assume that maybe three people will check this out (those three being shenanigans, maccrash and Rest), but I thought I'd do my part to publicise the brilliant new short animated film World of Tomorrow by Don Hertzfeldt. The brief synopsis is below, although...

So... it's been a while! But it'll be worth it when you see evidence of my visit to London's first cat cafe! Similar to the ones in Japan, Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium opened up on March 1 of this year in London (about 15 minutes from my house)... and it's already fully booked up until June! Deservedly so, as well. Home to about 10 rescue kitties - all adorable - it's a supremely relaxing environment where you can read a good book (on offer included The Art of War by Sun Tzu, Long Day's Journey Into...

The following may not be suitable to all ages.
The following is suitable for people aged 13 or over.

A bit of background is necessary for this one, as it's my favourite in this burgeoning 'series' of blog posts and a bit of context goes a long way.

At the end of last month, in and around Thanksgiving, I went to the US for just over a week to visit some friends out there (one in New York who is from there originally, the other in Virginia who's doing an internship at NATO for 6 months). I'm lucky enough to have been to NYC a number of times, so have done...

A pretty interesting article comparing Nintendo's recent fortunes to those of Walt Disney Animation Studios in the early 1980s.

If you like either of those things (whether recent or from the early 1980s), I suggest checking out this article.

Let me know what you think in the comments!

(I haven't totally left this place forever, just yet. :D)
