Both in-game and competitively, Liepard is terrible because it's held back by its shallow move pool, poor defenses and average offensive stats. Zebstrika's stats are good, but it has a shallow move pool, meaning that it's good in-game, but not so competitively. Woobat isn't very good too for the reasons I pointed above, but when B2/W2 roll around, Simple should be the preferred ability because it doubles any stat boosts (and drops) Woobat gets; this goes hand-in-hand with Calm Mind. Out of your current team lineup, Timburr is the only one who's viable in OU; Conkeldurr, its fully evolved form, has very high Attack, good bulk and a decent movepool. But you must breed for it to have its good moves, Mach Punch and Drain Punch; for now, Timburr has to breed with a Hitmonchan that knows the above moves (Hitmonchan must be transferred from a Gen IV game knowing both moves post-game). When B2/W2 roll around, you can just teach Hitmonchan Drain Punch via move tutor, have it learn Mach Punch, then breed with (a female) Timburr.

If you want to be competitive, know your tiers. I'm sure you read the tier link I showed you before.

Oh and another thing: you must know about EVs! I nearly forgot about that. Basically, they're "hidden" values that your Pokemon get after defeating an opposing Pokemon. I'm pretty bad at explaining this so here's a link to help you get started on that.

I'm honestly not sure what's going on here, but I think you can ask a staff member here what's going on.

You can restart if you want. FYI, Snivy has a decent support move pool to make up for its lack of offensive prowess. It struggles against Steels outside of Aqua Tail and Hidden Power, but that's what having other Pokemon in your team is for.

I use VMs as my main means of communication. PMing back and forth just clogs up my inbox. I don't PM unless I have to.

Anyway, Snivy isn't very good because of its terrible offensive move pool, but Serperior did pick up a couple more useful move tutor moves in B2/W2 (Aqua Tail and Dragon Pulse). One of the good Pokemon from White is Reuniclus (one of White's version exclusives) because it hits hard, can take hits easily and recover off the damage. Here are sets that Reuniclus can use well

Well then, let's get started with the tiers. Tiers represent the competitive viability of Pokemon. They're divided into Overused, Underused, Rarelyused, Neverused and Ubers. Now, which tier do you want to play in? Tiers for reference.
