5 CDs o.o This is for the whole collection right? xD I wish my laptop would emulator PS2 games >: It can barely do PS1 xD
Did not know that, explains why sandisk spell it with a K xD

In our High school/Secondary school you finish when you're 16 and then you go on to college if you want to get A levels. You can have schools where have then both together but those are called 6th form schools and are usually better than other schools xD

I gave up on it >: Had to concentrate more on learning stuff for my exams rather than just random stuff xD

Sorry x] I just think that my signature would look better on its own rather than being paired with an avatar of some sort.

We're already getting short-changed when it comes to battery life. xD

The resolution and spec war is getting really out of hand. Thank goodness for Windows Phone's uber-efficient code.

I think I am one of these people that would never leave that many tabs open...

Now, I wonder when we'll see an octo-core Windows Phone 8 handset with 2 GB of RAM

    Would that be absolute overkill?

One funny thing is most browsers also scales memory usage with the total amount of system RAM. IE will also stop splitting processes after a set number of tabs if it's a bit too many - depends on the system resources.

Still doesn't stop them from chickening out on 800 MHz and 90 MB of app usage RAM.

On system with 256 MB of RAM, that's all you're getting for an app

    Night, huh?
Efficient code on Windows Phone usually means relying on the GPU a whole lot more that its contemporaries.

It also started with the only version of Internet Explorer 7 with HWA.

A 1.5 GHz single core is the maximum.

And you might want until HTC comes out with with a quad-core Windows Phone 8, by the way. Or Nokia. Whoever is faster.

I think a phone can last forever if it's good.

I still see people with 3310s

Oh, and by the way, you need to do a registry hack on the computer to acheive access xD

I think you should stay with what you know the most unless you really, really hate it.

(Which is precisely what I did with my old phone - Android 2.3.x with all that Samsung cruft won't cut it on that old phone. And even with hacking to 4.0.4, it is barely usable.

I keep the other phone because I have three phone numbers. The one in my Lumia is the contracted one - microSIM. The prepaid one is because I can't make international calls with a postpaid under a student's pass. The third number is Malaysian - I have weekly trips there.

I like how without doing anything special to the phone I can gain direct filesystem access to my Windows Phone in Windows, to the user-writeable space. I can't execute from there, but I can use it as a makeshift drive on anything with Zune installed.

    Snapdragon or APQ8055?

    Core i5 or i5-2467M?

Yeah, there's a lot to the name, all right.

Yes, because Melbourne is clearly superior to Sydney and demands greater respect.

You made my day. Well, sort of.

Stilll on the way home from the shops, but the connection tour was great.

I met up with Eon-Rider there and we took on the various mini games that were part of the MotionPlus series. I've got to admit, the games were mostly great and intuitive, although the Virtua Tennis was really clumsy. Quite literally, the players occasionally trip over without warning. Maybe that was just me - Eon-Rider thrashed me. XD

I have to say the best games were the Fencing, which was a damn...

Okay, I want to start making blogs again, so Imma start with a Platinum Log, as it's holidays and nothing interesting is happening :D.

Beginning - Load from save in Canalave Gym

I entered the battle with Byron expecting it to be a tough battle, so I had my Magmortar sitting in the wings to roast his Steel Pokemon.

Well I went to a friend's the other morning, so I wasn't online yesterday.
Pretty awesome time, though. We (there were four of us) sat in a boat on their dam, for ages with coke and chips. We did a few other crazy things, like jumping of the roof into the pool and playing with fireworks.

Also watched a few movies: Tropic Thunder, Pineapple Express, Boogeyman 2 (lol, it's pathetic, considering it's supposed to be horror.)
Yeah, it was all good.

Uh, that was just to get your attention. If it did, post a comment saying so. :D

Um, it's raining, which is good - it keeps the weather cooler. (It was ~40% Yesterday.) Um, boring day at home. Yeah.

I might be going to a friend's place tomorrow, so that'll be interesting, although I won't be here. Hmmm. I might actually get a name change to my real name, if only it wasn't already taken by some noob with 3 posts and no activity since 2004.

Hmmm... I've achieved...
