For the "Like Post" they made it an opt-in option... I had to go and turn it on under settings somewhere. I know I saw a thread about it in one of the forums! It won't show up unless you have it enabled in your settings.
Thanks for your nice words, though! It's something I tend to get fired up about. Luckily every guy I know in real life is pretty nonchalant about me playing video games, and treat me just like any other gamer. I personally haven't experienced harassment either, but sadly I know a lot of girls who have, and like you said, I will never play online with a headset. It's really infuriating to not be able to fully enjoy something that you love because others are ignorant and determined to make things difficult/annoying/even scary for you.
Maybe because of the rather poor representation of the civil war, or the Haytham Kenway part. Either way, it does get monotonous in the middle of the gameplay, and the "middle of the gameplay" is what should be remembered.
Mmm, yeah. As I said, I think new sprite-less games may very well revitalize the community. It'll be hard to say though. Don't care too much about the interactions between Serebii and PC, honestly. If something can help rejuvenate PC's Pixel Art, great.
That makes sense, know I've seen that a few times. And yeah, it's a sad day coming. Hopefully it won't go the way of the dinosaur. Hell, people are still doing Gen I and II sprites. There'll most likely always be a few people derping around for fun. Who knows. It could become retro and get a second wave.
Yeah, I got you meant the lines as of your last post. I think some darker shading could help with that though, trick the eye and what not.
I really doubt that, cell-shaded models take a lot of work. And a *lot* more time. Some people may try, but very few will be successful. Also, what does WSC stand for? I haven't been on in months and months and before that it was literally years. Regardless, it sounds like a good model. Gen VI spriting should be really good for the community.
And there are still strictly spriting forums. The Spriter's Resource is pretty good.
See, that makes it the perfect opportunity, IMO. You'll never have to learn a new style again. You can start massive projects and know no one is going to ***** at you and say, "Dude, this isn't Gen XVII style! It's totally lame!"
