oh! wait, i see. i missed the part about you recording with sappy.
yea, you will need to open anvil studio, and make a new midi. then save it as any name you like.mid.
next, opne your recorded midi in the same window (use the same window for both midis, dont open them seperately)
and select all the notes in the first track, copy, and load the blank midi. create an equil ammount of tracks, and paste each section to its proper place. i will do this for you if you dont understand.
but for some reason, you cannot use any midi recorded with sappy, but you can copy and paste the notes to a new one, and it will work.

you cannot insert a raw midi. it must be converted using midtogba.exe
it will be in the .s format.
as for the program, >even though it is borderline between legal and illegal< i will email it to you when i can

it depends on which game you are using. if it is ruby/sapphire, its an incorrect voicegroup, or too much note complexity (to complex for the game to process)
if its firered, it is either too much note complexity, or the incompatible version.
i have never tried hacking leafgreen, but i assume its the same as firered.
as for emerald, it depends, as emerald can haddle more complex midis. go too far though, and it wont work.
to fix these, try using another midi, or if its firered version, look for someone who can get you a copy that they are able to insert music sucessfully on to email you a copy.
im on dialup, so i cannot.

music is controlled by specials in scripts. to change, open the script of the person or pokemon in the unmodified rom and look for the special, memorize it, and insert in your new script for your hack.
if you need anything else, see me. im a professional music hacker. i will help you learn how to change voicegroups and loop, but i will not hack for you. im too busy to spend hours doing that.

haha theres no such thing as a "asm tool" you can use xse to insert asm
    startasm @offset
look for some asm tutorials or ask jpan he has more experience with asm than I do

    Hey man,
You said in the HGSS hacking thread that's a action replay code to flatten the map, do you know it is? Or where I could find it. It would really help my tile making as I'm making a HGSS tileset.
