In general just not being an asshole is good regardless. So I guess I'm screwed.

    $30 a strand and it's a deal.

Oh well, she'll always have people around to look after her so she'll be alright.

I probably would if I wasn't on the verge of either passing out asleep or tearing my hair out over an inability to turn my thoughts into words haha.

    Glad you approve lol.

She'd probably have done a little better but academics was never going to be a strong suit for her. She's still got learning disabilities and her developmental delay and she missed a lot of school as a kid because of sickness or appointments.

I've pretty much got it covered haha, thanks for the offer though. Not yet but I'll try just about anything lmao. Nah, most of white I write is thriller/horror/psychological stuff but the story I've got burning in my head right now is a drama which is different for me.

Funny you mention APD, my sister has that also. Or something similar. Academics are obviously not a strength of hers though.

Not yet. I'm working on getting some comedic articles published and I'd like to properly publish some fiction at some point.

Cards like that end up too complicated and convoluted because of changing policy and bureaucracy.

She's got a developmental delay, a connective tissue disorder, general neurological issues and learning difficulties. Issues run in my family I guess lol.

When I was 7 I couldn't decide if I wanted to be an author or a businessman but most people were predicting the former. I still write so I guess I wasn't that far off lol.

Putting it simply, larger amounts from the rich/corporations and less from the poor. Thankfully corporate sponsors aren't as much of a thing here as the US.

She can do a lot really all things considered. She can dance too (although not as good as me - even if I do say so myself), played the guitar for a while and could almost play some things by ear and she's a very good artist. I guess it balances out all the things wrong with her lmao

Here we're expected to know what we want to do as a career before 17. As a general rule they want you to know more or less by the time you're going into year 11 at 15/16. I got lucky because I'd wanted to go into teaching since I was like 11/12 haha.

It should be if the transition is handled appropriately and the taxes come from the right places in the right amounts. From what I understand our taxes all get bunched together by the ATO and then distributed according to the budget.

All things considered she was quite good too. She was a vaulter for a while which is basically stunts on horseback. She had to stop though because her joints couldn't handle it anymore.

    Just checking xD
Good luck with the career choice!

With taxes primarily but also by cutting politician salary and using the excess money on education.

It's not like a slavery situation or anything lmao
I don't really know much about it myself even though I've been there. It's a tourist destination now and my sister has done horse riding events there.

Do you enjoy teaching? Personally I really enjoy it. If it's just money/good hours you're interested in though you shouldn't do it. The people who do that are awfl teachers. Also teachers tend to be universally poorly paid xD

Loans are better than having no access at all because of required outright payments. I'd prefer free education though obviously xD

My great-grandfather worked on farms because he lived at an orphanage of sorts that basically required that (despite not being an orphan lol). I dunno about anyone else. I don't think anyone ever owned one though.

    No.

You are probably correct on all counts lmao

I dunno. We don't import much in the way of agriculture because our country has so many farms.

Food and basic amenities is more or less what I meant.

I meant geographically but yeah that too lol.

I didn't see anything particularly wrong with your analysis, although I'm surprised we don't use any GMOs at all since we have to label the things that are "organic" - although that's more about pesticides etc.

I wouldn't be adverse to such a system of fluidity, although in said ideal world where essentials are publicly owned the cost of living would likely vary a lot less between cities.

Small farms are definitely dying out because they can't handle all the various issues the same way larger farms can and are therefor being out-competed. I wouldn't be surprised if in the future most of our agriculture is controlled by only a few large businesses that own multiple farms. Something all the more plausible when you remember some of the farms here are the size of small countries xD

But housing, even short term housing, for those who can't afford it. Short term housing with costs covered and an allowance to allow for essentials and education would be lovely. I don't want to take away any of the lovely houses people have earned don't worry xD

Well I can't speak for the US, but here our food prices are insane and make no sense.

turning on Low Power Mode has become a morning ritual for me. I use my phone as an alarm and the first thing I do after I wake up is switch the battery mode xD

I've heard about friends using the new phone in the shower but I'm not sure how waterproof it really is
