    how is everything going

You're alone, but not alone and you seem pretty happy. I think that's a great path you took.

I was never really good with things like that. I just had a team of pokemon I liked and trained them in what I thought was best. Didn't think to look at the natural stats. I favor those as well, but probably more balanced. I feel like I still have so much to learn or do when it comes to the games.

Haha, yeah. It's why I always wished I was more petite. Standing a little over 5'9" (5'7"/8 back then) I pretty much towered over everyone in school, the girls mostly of course. Although I liked being able to do the jobs the others couldn't; like helping the boys with heavy lifting. I don't mind height difference now as much as I used to. I thought that I should be with a guy that was taller and stronger than I was, but if there's anything I've noticed about that type, it's that they tend to be jerks. I shouldn't have been so picky. There could have been a really great guy just under my nose and I didn't notice. Now I feel like a jerk.

You, sir...just talked me into learning to drive. I'd rather have lower insurance than learning to drive earlier anyhow.

Thank you. It's actually a family home. 3 beds, 1 and a half baths, but the plan is to turn it into 4 beds and 2 full baths. However, I don't plan on staying longer than I need to. Thoughts and events around here recently led me to want to try and go out on my own. Not too far from the family of course, it'd be similar to your living situation most likely. The town is decent and I don't think I'd be able to part ways with my exercise spot. I'll be looking for an apartment once I have a stable job and enough saved. I am thinking about a roommate as well, but still not entirely sure.

I think that's what I'll do. I'll get to writing those targets down and make the rewards bigger as I go. Woot! Exciteddd.

Yeah, t'was a small town. Not many people to hang with and they were all a bit of the same. The past is behind me and now I'm looking forward to the future. Understandable. I enjoy my solitude and I'm alone more often than I want to be, so at the same time I want a few others around. Kind of contradictory. A lonely path you seem to have taken, but maybe in the end, better than the other. Eh, I can't do that. Really doesn't make sense if you're going to be sweating and all.

Ah, alrighty. I only knew a little about natures. In that case I need to change mine. How do you train your pokemon?

Indeed, that's what my father told me. Gotcha! I'll need to be sure and write that down too. I've always been physically strong, so I can only image how I'll be once I start increasing the load and get further down the line.. I'LL BE A BEAST. Yet I'll also have the personality of a bunny. Let's do this. Thank goodness, I felt like I was the only one. People in my hometown knew how to drive by 16, so I was always worried. It's always been tough to jump a hurdle, I'd land flat on my face. Though I'm a bit comforted and confident, so I'll see how this goes.

Also, a house has been found and should be moved into shortly. I don't know exactly when, but if I suddenly disappear, that's why. I'll let you know when I've returned, but I should be here in the meantime.

Don't know if I can really recommend anything other than trying to rest as often as possible and drinking water. D:

True, but I was taught that the reward comes after its completion. That figures, haha. I think it does. Man, I would've killed for something like that when I was younger.

Yep, I don't really think there's anything wrong with that. Sometimes, if not half the time, there won't be any certain reason for me. There'll just be a feeling that says, "Do it." I do enjoy those types of accessories as well, but I may opt for a small bracelet in place of a watch. I only wear jewelry because it's something I like, not for trying to enhance what's already there. I can't say the same for makeup sadly. I grew up around people that thought that "slim body is best body" and if you didn't wear makeup you weren't that pretty. So I always dedicated extra time to try and appease the people that no longer matter to me. I'd rather not wear makeup if possible, but society's standards still get to me. The standards are probably lower than I think and half the people may not even care, but I can't help that it troubles me. Though another thing I am hoping for is that with what I'm putting myself through will help me get out of that mindset. I don't wear makeup when I go exercise, obviously, but there are usually a lot of people out and I notice that I'm not as self-conscious already. This is a start and I'm happy. Just the word simplicity looks beautiful.

I did manage to get a look-see and tried out building a team. I'm confused with the EV/IV thing though. Isle of Man is just a place I thought of at one point. Just seemed like a place I may want to be. I actually live in the States, so I think you'd be about 6-7 hours ahead of me. The time for me now is 8:17PM. I'll go ahead and add you as well.

Oh, I'm sorry. I try to include everything, but I do miss things here and there. >_< Just let me know if it happens again. I've only been at this for two weeks, but I'm going for 5 days a week and an hour and 30 minutes for the workout. Some days I feel really pumped up so I'll be out closer to two hours. My little routine consists of 2 miles, 3-5 sets of 10 step-ups, 2 sets of 10 squats, at least 3 minutes on the elliptical (that thing makes ya feel the paiiiin) and there's this other thing. I'm wanting to say it's like a bench press machine? Not entirely sure, but it is strength training. Well, whatever it is, I do 3 sets of 10. All the machines have a resistance dial so you can step up (or down) your game when you feel like it. I keep it to where I have to work hard, but not too hard. Yeah, I've been feeling good and I can't wait to step up my game even more. I can't always go out when I want to though (otherwise I'd probably be out there every day) since it's quite a ways away and the one who gives me a ride doesn't always feel like taking me out. Which that's understandable, I suppose. Why do I not just drive myself? Embarrassingly, I'm 21 and still don't know how to drive. I feel really paranoid about it for whatever reason.

Maybe you've been more stressed than during the past few times you've had it? That could possibly be a reason. >_< I can understand that though. I broke my ankle during my middle school year of 8th and it eventually ended up being the one I've severely sprained. It still gives me problems like aches if I'm on it for too long, but usually it's pretty fine. Hopefully you'll be fine afterwards, at the least for a very long period of time. Though the longer something like that takes to happen the less you expect it. D:

I actually have a collection on eBay I can show you: here
Yeah, I've had a tough past couple of 6 or 7 years. I ended up putting on a lot of weight and lost just about any sort of self-confidence I had. It's a bit better than it used to be, but I'm still at a bit of a low point. It's the reason why I decided to try to change my habits/lifestyle and you kind of ended up being a bit of that final push. I have a few collections such as this to help me with my motivation to become healthier and lose weight (jackets, blouses, skirts ect.) In the end I don't really care to have all these things, I just want to feel happy and comfortable in my own skin. However, I will buy at least one as a little victory/good job present for myself once I get to my goal.

Haha, well we all have our opinions and we tend to be a bit more harsh with ourselves than others (or so I've read.) Whether it be with looks or a certain skill set; people view things differently.

I kind of wish I was. If had been maybe I would have taken more care to learn these things. I don't really think so? It's been a while since I've battled. Even against a NPC. Perhaps, I've never been to that site before. I'll check it out now though.

Glad you think so. I don't know if many people stick to a certain color scheme when dressing or if they have a bit of a deep reason why, but how and why you implement those into your style is interesting to say the least. I've never gotten a close look at the piano so I never would have guessed. During my teenage years, my scheme consisted of mostly black. I would also do my makeup to match any other color I'd have on me, using black as the main. It was mostly just Blue, Red and Green. I also used to do a Rainbow. All the colors I used were pretty vibrant and I'm surprised they didn't make me wash it off. Needless to say, my makeup was a bit...eccentric. Maybe I can find an old image somewhere. Anyhow, now I just like to keep everything pretty simple since I've found beauty also lies in simplicity and I seemed to favor it more. I'm sure you'd be one gorgeous flower. Make all the other flowers jealous, lol.

Oh, wow, that's awful. I'm glad you can keep your food down, but still. D: I've only had to deal with a stomach virus once and it only lasted a week, so maybe it'll be around the same time for you. The sprain isn't too bad is it? Hopefully just a mild one. Actually just around a year or two ago, I had severely sprained mine. I wish I could be around to help, but your buddies will help you out, I'm sure. Though I hope you'll get to feeling much better real soon. And show that virus who's the boss.

    Useful, eh?

Well, I like it. It suits ya. Not really sure which style is my favorite. I just like dresses. Kind of a lot. I don't wear them anymore though.

That's understandable. Personally, you sound great, but I don't have any experience with the piano whatsoever so I'm probably not one to judge. Try not to stress about it too much, I'm sure you'll get to where you want to be.

That's alright, just whenever you have time is fine. Thank you.

Wow, I actually have a stalker. It'd be weird if I was happy about that, right? Not really. I've usually played Pokemon all by my lonesome. So I never really knew about EV training, IV's or competitive pokemon/battles 'til a few months ago. I'm pretty much a newbie. I've been putting most of my time into exercise lately, so it's kind of hard to get any play-time. I've always been nervous when it came to battling others (still don't know most type weaknesses and whatnot), but we could sometime if you'd like.

'TIS A FLOWA. I read an article a few years back about it symbolizing shyness in the Japanese language of flowers (Hanakotoba) and the Greek mythology behind it kind of just spoke to me. Just gonna copy and paste this here:
Legend has it that the amaryllis - the stunning red flower we've come to associate with the holidays - began as a shy, timid nymph. Amaryllis fell deeply in love with Alteo, a shepherd with Hercules' strength and Apollo's beauty, but her affections were unrequited. Hoping that she could win him over by bestowing upon him the thing he desired most - a flower so unique it had never existed in the world before - Amaryllis sought advice from the oracle of Delphi.

Following his instructions, Amaryllis dressed in maiden's white and appeared at Alteo's door for 30 nights, each time piercing her heart with a golden arrow. When at last Alteo opened his door, there before him was a striking crimson flower, sprung from the blood of Amaryllis's heart. With this romantic - albeit tragic - tale as its beginning, it's not surprising that today the amaryllis has come to symbolize pride, determination and radiant beauty.

I don't just like it in that form. I love all of its variations, as I do with most flowers. Though if someone were to ask me my favorite color of a flower, I would say white. I really seem to favor flowers when they're in white. Don't know why. It's kind of just how I feel when I see them, I guess it's just a bit different when looking at others and I don't know how to describe it. I'm sorry if that was pretty confusing. xD

Eating them standalone is great, in fact I have one just about every other day. Though in bread, it's sensationally different. Especially with nuts. Dark chocolate isn't too bad either, though I remember when I was young I absolutely hated it.

You're probably the person I would've wanted to partner with so I could be all, "It's all yours, man." But if you needed me to do something, I would've. I feel bad when I make someone handle something completely on their own. Yeahhh, I probably should have phrased that differently, lol. I find myself kind of wanting to be the opposite now. I'd like to be able to take more on myself and have others rely on me for a change. I'm glad to hear you're a bit more laid back now though.

That was something I sort of picked up on while watching the last video in your thread. I'd consider that a good thing.

Ah, well that makes sense. How many times have you performed in front of others?

Dearly Beloved made me feel relaxed and sleepy and the other two made me happy. I can see myself listening to someone play for a good while.

I think I'm only a fan since I don't get to have the pumpkin and banana often. Around this time is when we get to make it. Dang, that sounds pretty difficult. D: I know it is hard to resist when people bring in a lot of that stuff. My sister likes to eat sweets so she usually brings home a lot of it and it's kind of hard to look at. I've done pretty well when it comes to not eating it though. I did have a small glazed donut last night, but that was it. I've been managing my sweet tooth mostly by eating a chocolate chip rice cake, I don't want to be reliant on it, but it's better than eating the other option I believe.

I probably wouldn't mind if it was in small portions, I should try it like that. I don't think I've ever had cucumber when it comes to anything. I like my food to be a spicy too, but my taste is probably more on the mild side.

I never did too well when it came to working with others on projects, but that was mostly because I was shy. I've only worked on projects in school and can't really think of a time where there was any sort of conflict. I would have a somewhat different idea, but went along with one of the previously mentioned. It had to do with personalities too, I suppose. Everyone else seemed to have a dominant personality whereas I'm more submissive or subservient. In the end it all worked because the grade was decent, either A's or B's. I'm kind of set in my ways, but I like to try and see from others' perspective too.

Waltzing is of the sort I was thinking. There was a time I was interested in...industrial, I think it was. Now I don't know if I'd be able to keep up that fast of a pace. I think I'd still want to learn it for workout purposes however. That and swing. I think swing is really cute, haha. I could probably keep up with waltz; I like the pace and elegance of it, but it still may not work as I'm a bit of a klutz. xD

Those were lovely! Parfum Palace is my favorite. The Cycling Theme is alright in-game, but you played well. I also don't know how you can sit so close to the wall, I feel I'd lose my concentration if I didn't have more space. I'd also probably end up hitting my head when trying to vent frustrations. Anyhow, those were enjoyable and I'd like to hear more from you if possible.

Friends to the rescue! That's good to hear. (: For me I'd say it'd be breads. Cookies are also pretty good. I'm actually just a pretty big fan o' sweets in general, haha.

Sounds like a good plan, I may just try it. I'm already on a pretty good start I think. I actually had celery and peanut butter the other day... I'm not too big on celery, the slightly darker bits tasted alright but when I bit into a light portion it was very different. Don't know if that's the way celery should be or not. xD

Indeed! I kind of felt like I was looking at a magazine for karate. However boring it may seem, it's pretty handy. I like having my stuff organized but I'm not exactly the best at organizing.

Sounds like you got a pretty good team there! You seem full of fiery passion, I can't say I'm completely surprised. What color I would be? I can't say for sure, but the one that stuck out to me was Earth Green, but also a bit of Sunshine Yellow, so either of those or in between maybe. I like to take little quizzes similar to those, they're fun.

Dancing is something else I think I'd like to learn, not sure which style yet though. I don't have any sort of experience when it comes to judging performances, but you still looked great to me. I don't doubt it when you say it like that. I'm sure you'll do considerably well.

Aw that must have been disappointing. I haven't tried rock cakes before, I might make those some time. I don't know any sadly; I've been trying to look up some recipes for dinners or desserts. For a dinner I think I'm going to try a broccoli, rice and cheese casserole. Not sure for a dessert yet. I kind of want to try pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin or banana bread. I can usually only make brownies, cookies, and cakes. The real simple stuff. I'm not very good with pies though. I'd still probably eat those burnt rock cakes, I'm sure they weren't too bad, haha.

I can imagine. It'd be pretty great if I could become a vegetarian. It's something I've thought about but I just think it takes a certain kind of strength to make that kind commitment and I'm afraid I'm lacking a little bit. Proud of you though!

I believe so too and I don't, but no worries. I'm sure I'll be able to find something decent, I appreciate the thought though.

Just finished viewing the document (which is set up incredibly nice by the way) and I'm impressed. Your Kata performance was splendid and you did have a tough go in your fight, but it was still really neat to watch. YOU'LL GET 'EM NEXT TIME TIGER. Do you happen to dance any? I think you'd be good at that too.

Aw thanks! Though sometimes I can mess up. Like one time it took me about an hour to make 10-minute rice. It still tasted good though, haha. Well I'd make ya a meal or dessert if I could. Cooking for people is great, especially when they like the food.

That doesn't sound too bad at all. I'd like to try some of your stuff too; like that rice with a stir fry sounds good. That's sort of how I like to do things, but mainly because when it comes to my food; I'm kind of picky. I'd just like to stick with what I know. However with this diet, I hope to expand a little bit, try new things and just learn to not be too picky. D:

I'd assume one is just as good as the other. Ah, photography has been something I've been interested in for years, especially when it comes to nature (flowers, animals, water) and architecture (gothic, renaissance, baroque). I find flowers/water and gothic-style buildings to be really beautiful. Those are what I'd really want to see/photograph, however looking at others' photos is still great too.

Not too much actually. I can make chicken strips and cheese fries, but those aren't really good for you. Everyone loves them though. Others are pizza, beef stew, enchiladas, and quesadillas but that's about it. I'm not really a good cook, but I hope to improve in that area later on. I'd say my best area is baking desserts; I really like decorating them when I can. How are you in the cooking department?

Mostly alright? I suppose that's pretty good compared to what it could be. I was actually talking about that with my sister earlier. Yoga is something we've both wanted to try for a while so I might just do that. I was also looking into taking a photography class as well. Yep, pretty exciting this is.(:

Ah, I'll be sure to take note of that should I ever visit in that direction.

Don't worry, I definitely will! I'd like to try making it as a dinner for my family, but I'll have to talk them into it first, haha.

As long as it's good for support then I suppose it should be OK. Though it'd be nice if it was pretty enjoyable from time to time. I really hope so; I'm hoping that I'll get to be where I want to in at least 9 months. If I can finish this, I think my self-confidence will improve drastically. Yeah, I'll probably find a class of my own to take as well, though I'm not exactly sure if it'll be something physical. Thank you for the support, I'll do my best.

Ah, well, that'd be understandable. Maybe it just wasn't the right area to visit?

Curry usually always looks good to me and it's something I've wanted to try, but haven't yet. I'd say for me it's Mexican, Italian or Chinese food. I actually really like meat, so I have a lot of chicken.

    I'll be waitin' mate.

Going back to work after something like that must feel kind of dull, huh? Unless it's really just something you enjoy, then work doesn't really feel like work. Well, I'm just starting to get into it. I don't really know if it's a named diet, but I'm really just working to cut out all the fast/fatty foods and manage more of my calorie intake. Exercising is just walking around the local trail. It's a mile long and they recently put in some exercise equipment for bench press, step-ups and squats, among other things. I'm really out of shape, but I managed to get in a pretty good work out today and I'm feeling proud. You're actually the little bit of inspiration here. Hearing how active you are with your karate kind of made me want try harder and do a bit more. I suppose I should thank you for that, so thank you.
