Oh, that dog. At first I was confused and was like wtf but I know what you're talking about.

Oh yeah, good luck with that, cause you're prob gonna fight Evil Jessica soon. She shouldn't be that hard, though.

And now I'm off to bed. G'night~!

Yeah. normal enemies are laughable when they use tension but this guy is really no joke. Even his base form is pretty dangerous when he reaches tension. D: I don't think he goes twice in one turn but it's still pretty scary to see him strengthen himself then hit with like a wind blast or something that does 200-300 damage to your whole team.

See, you missed the part where I said he can go about two to three times in a row. So if he wanted to, he can power up about 20-50x tension and then unleash a terrible ice/fire breath that does massive damage. If you're unfortunate enough that it strikes 100x and it still has a turn to go...yeah you're screwed most likely.

The master of the dragovians also uses fire and Ice breath. See, here's where it gets nasty though..

He uses tension. And you know what that means. His attacks are so freaking destructive. Fire/ice breath can do as much as 300-400 damage to your whole team, unless you have insulate or something in which cause you'd probably get 150-200 but its still pretty brutal.

The problem with the master of the Dragovians is that he usually causes 200-300 damage each. Each form gets worse with increasing damage, and it even gets worse if he attacks the same character two to three times in a row, which is usually a guaranteed KO. And while you're stuck trying to revive that character, he'll go again three times and kill another one. And then you're stuck reviving that one. And the process repeats...

No. You have to beat his base form and and go through his 7 dragon forms straight without recovering. Well you can recover, but finding the time to squeeze that in while the master of the dragovians constantly attacks you is quite infuriating. Mind you he attacks two to three times in a row, depending on which dragon form you face.

Well that will all change once you face the master of the Dragovians. He's a major pain in the freaking butt omg.

I do not remember what level I was when I beat the game. All I remember was that Rhapthorne was sort of a pain-in-the-ass to beat.

Easy, since there's a specific place where you find liquid metal king slimes + liquid metal slimes + metal slimes

Dragon Quest doesn't even come close to Disgaea in the amount of grinding necessary. I don't know, I just don't find it that challenging. I mean, on my last playthrough I'm pretty sure I was almost level 80 if not mid-70s or so.
