    Because science is based on the observable, tangible, and testable. Not nonsense. Invisible yellow people with three heads arn't empirically verifiable either, so therfore we should deduce they exist as well? Makes about as much sense as the arguemment for ghosts does (or lackthereof). But if you want to believe in them that's all good. I don't mind people having different opinions than me. It's all good.

    Mmm, insulting locks really depends on the user in question, some of my locks have come off insulting like... "Why were you so mean? ;_;" And others have been like "Hahaha, I get the humor in that, good one" ... so it really goes back to the member in question.

    But yeah, in the end, if they're satisfied with their service to PC's section(s), and doing a good job (to boot), then I couldn't care less if they acted like a robot. XD; Some feel obligated to be formal, when I was starting out, I thought I had to too, but eventually I just let loose and had fun. Funny locks seem to give people laughs, so I mine as well go for it, ya'know? >:D

    I think that has to do with the level of actions they deal with. They've got one of (if not, the) highest traffic forums around, so they've got to hone their skills and move their butts if they actually want some peace and quiet. But really, it's about the mod styles and what's required from them. Laid-back areas tend to have free-goin' mods, and stressful forums tend to produce more "get the job done" personalities out of 'em. *shrugs* All depends on the person and their reactions, I guess.

    I personally like to have the best of both worlds, I can be a strict and mean moderator if I want to, and same goes for kind, care-free. Actually, while I was a mod, I performed both based on the area. Ya'see, having New Users / Welcome, I had a lot of newbies that really didn't understand, so obviously care-free nice natured reactions works perfectly, while on the other hand, Strategies & Movesets requires stern discipline because it's a forum with many stubborn, competitive gamers that don't like anything that doesn't go their way.

    So when I see rom hacking staff members lose their community clicks or creativity, I don't blame 'em. They're dealing with a lot of crap all the time. x_o; Yet still, they tend to produce some of the most hard-workin', good-goin' guys you can meet.

    Hmm, maybe it's because I'm more outgoing than other PCers? XD;

    And well, sure, but it really depends on one's definition of troll, too. And oh, just 5:19AM. |D

    Mmm, E-scars, yeah; I like that term.

    At times, it's easy, I mean, even I lost myself for a month, but after the corrupt phase (which usually isn't that long, and doesn't happen to us all) it's much easier to make the proper decision.

    And okey-dokey. XD;

    I like my infraction record, many staff don't have a single thing to their records, I've got two, one red and one yellow. X) Proud of it. It's made me into the member I am today, I learned quickly from 'em and bam, I turned around, now didn't I? No one to say you can't/haven't, either.

    Oh please, one tiny warning? My infraction record is worse. You're not a n00b for making a mistake, I surely wouldn't think that way if you learn from it.

    And don't be in awe, I just have consistent spam threads to play around in. [/lolshot]

    and oh reeeally?
