It's okay, but even if you need quick help, it still needs to be in the right place. And to be honest, your team looked pretty good to me! The only things I would change would be Ampharos' Flash. Fire Punch would be better for coverage and Flash isn't really reliable as a stat reducing move. Even though it lowers accuracy, it doesn't even have that great of an accuracy (ironic really...). Also, since Ghost moves are physical in Gen II, I think Bite would have been better for Espeon rather than Shadow Ball, but that's not a major deal and I think you'll be alright to keep it.
