Well I don't have much knowledge about the structure of IndyCar, but to be honest I think F1 cars are safe enough. Bianchi was more of a freak accident really under circumstances that shouldn't occur ever again.
As long as the race directors are more sensible with when to red flag races due to weather and drivers are safe going into turns were a car removal is taking place, you would have to think it won't happen again.
I know, a very tough time for everyone in motorsports at the moment. I must admit the name didn't ring a bell immediately, but once I saw a photo of him I recognised him from his Jaguar F1 days. Another huge loss.
It's good to find someone to talk racing with, most of the F1 threads seem to die despite the abundance of fans of it. I definitely respect McLaren as they were one of the big three teams when I was a kid, I'm always happy when they, Ferrari and Williams do well. I have always supported Raikkonen personally though so it has obviously been a long time since I actually rooted for McLaren. I suppose I'll need to find a new driver soon though.
Hey pal! I wish you luck with your stock car career!!
Even if it's not my thing (I like taking corners lol) it's really good to see that you can actually try to be a racer! it's borderline impossible down here. My best wishes about it!!
Hey, I didn't feel like it would have been appropriate to put this in the thread about Jules, but I just wanted to say good luck with getting into stock car racing. I'm sort of purely an F1 fan so I know literally nothing about stock cars, but regardless I hope you manage to do what you wish.
