So i just Ev trained a Heracross with adamant nature in Leafgreen and maxed it out to lv. 100 but it only has 355 max atk stat.......So is Normal or did i screwed up?

It's highly likely your Heracross has 5 IVs in Attack assuming you have poured 252 Attack EVs in.
